Support Energy

Anyone know how Support Energy is calculated for EGs? It's not simply focus. It says I have 225 Support energy, but there's no way I've poked (or used full focus attacks) equal to 225 focus. It must be something else.

Anyone know?

After two pokes, it went up by 2. It must actually be just focus spent. Crazy.
