for people who slowly collect flower gems this is the best gacha right? since atleast one 5* is guarenteed, does this have the same rate for 5/6 as other gacha?

I got 2 5* (not sure why I got 2 tickets) and both pulled dupes, and the 3 4*s I got from the 10 pull were all dupes as well.

I don't even feel like I have any other non-event 5*s than those two (other than maybe Rose and Covallaria)
