Only did Step 1 and 2. 4* step one again but 3 5* step 2 this time, Apple of Sodom (dupe), Cactace Bride (new) and Poinsettia (new).

Anytime I get at least 1 5* for the 400 ng steps I call it a win. Makes up for no 5* last time.

I think "best" might be a bit of an overstatement but her base ability is good and she has a potent all-target attack. Looks are more a matter of personal taste.

don't exaggerate, she's far away from being the "best rainbow". her TP is just average, her skills are 15% att and 40% bonus dmg on solar blast and she has a multi-target battleskill... so she can not even compete with girls like alpinia, kerria, anemone, ionocidium or even cherry...
