Uh, Nutaku isn't behind on this. Bloom form didn't show up until a few months after whaleship, and we got whaleship on time, so there's no need to get on Nutaku's case about this (feel free to get on their case with ultimate missions though).

Specifically, blooming doesn't show up until Lesser Celandine's event, four events away.

Is there a schedule of what was released when? I'm curious about when the bloomed affection system is out.

We're currently at May 2016.

June 2016 is when we should get bond crystals. Which is why I'm saving my 20 or so gold dupes now.

It's very easy for whale to get bond crystal on Nutaku.
They just buy any special deal to get gold or rainbow dupe and sell them.
Small whale also can use this trick.

In early day bond crystal shop will have less stuff to trade.
But I can see many will struggle with bond crystal shop in long run.
Especially free player.

The struggle will be especially bad without the higher level raid bosses from later story missions.
