Don't tell the devs, but I (gladly) got both skill blooms and dress blooms on both the 4th and 5th step

I got both, but could be some fluke or whatever, so hope for someone else to post results as well. (I got myself Iberius and Hop this time, by the way. Only Convallaria and Snake Gourd left on my wish list.)
