    Angry Natuka.net: Can't change payment method

    Hello, before bringing you up to speed, i purchased gold before through Paypal, this will become important later on (or the next sentence)

    So here i am, and when attempting to purchase gold, it sends me to Probiller, then redirects me almost instantly to Epoch billing, which requires me to use my last payment details (which is paypal.) I want to use my credit card without going through Paypal, I've contacted Probiller which wanted me to give them my CC details and i noticed that instead of the same prices on Nutaku, they gave me prices for what they called 'Promotional'. (Pretty fucking shady)

    IMPORTANT: I tried to ask them why i couldn't fix it myself, they then said they'll get back to me, what they meant was another email that listed the same thing but with slightly less inflated 'promotional' prices.

    I really need help resolving this. Anyone who has insight or knowledge of how to fix this, i'd greatly appreciate it.

    Update: Still struggling with this, customer reps say the same thing.

    Can you explain what to do? I need to change my expired credit card and don't understand how.

    I tried the support from Epoch they say the have no information on me.
    I tried Probiller they say the hav only credit card.
    and when i write a ticket i only get contact Epoch they can help you

    i am at a loss...
