Thread: Players above Level 40?

Since I got close to level 40 (like level 38/39) I see opponents in PvP that are above level 40. Right now I have FREERICKSANCHEZ-CHAN (level 43) in my PvP. But when I hit 40 I stopped getting XP and can't go any more levels? I know 40 was the top before but I guessed that had been lifted when I saw these guys. Are these guys like beta testing new content or something?

Players over level 40 are test acounts only they are no real players...

The ones above 40 are randomized NPCs rather than players.

They give less mojo than pc battles.
