    update

not sure how everyone else is doing but it seems it takes forever to gt enough gold to buy upgrades. to increase affection now takes triple the time because the items have decreased in value significantly also the amount of gold you get from the girls has also decreased but the item costs have gone up. why are you making the game more frustrating? it's starting to be no longer fun when all you can do is wait.

Welcome to the vast majority of the discussion in the "Re-balance Feedbacks" thread.
    http://harem-battle.club/harem-heroe...feedbacks.html

World 1 story girls give more cash now, but most other girls have dropped in value. Payouts come in quicker if you can hang around to collect them as soon as they're ready, but the total brought in by all girls when you come back from being away for a few hours is less than it used to be.

The drop rates to get a girl from a troll seem to have improved a lot so we can more easily fill out the roster now. Gifts for the girls give a lot less xp, yet leveling the girls up has become much easier because the gaps between levels are really really small. However, affection requirements scale up based on each girl's order in your harem list so at some point it becomes absolutely ridiculous trying to reach new affection scenes with the massively reduced affection that they now get from the books. Plus the affection scenes themselves also scale way up in how much cash they ask for.

Costs to purchase items have gone up (and gear prices scale with the new item levels) and instead of being able to sell items for 1/2 of that value we can now only get 1/6 of that value. On top of this, the cost for great pachinko spins now scales up with your level. So the cash coming in from the girls can get stretched really thin buying out the affection items from the shop and trying to farm affection items from pachinko. Supposedly the rising pachinko spin cost is somewhat balanced out by the sell prices going up with the levels on the gear drops (still a net loss, but supposedly the cost per each affection item actually stays pretty consistent) but that doesn't stop it from looking really frustrating. On the "bright" side, the costs to buy additional stat points dropped massively (not that we really "need" fully decked out stats with the combat still being the same).

And people keep going back to the affection issue because it really feels like the current state of the game is built around punishing long-time players, especially those few who are actually supporting the development of the game by buying kobans for all the epic pachinko exclusive girls (whose harems are at something like 80 or 90 girls now). People have been saying that it could take years to recover the costs of bringing just one new girl up to 3-star affection.

Welcome to the new "better" HH where loyal players get punished. Typical greedy developer move that screws people over for staying loyal to them and even helping them via Patreon. I played millions of browsergames and saw things like that a lot, devs upset their fans, fans react to it, devs act like they dont hear that and stay silent. The only thing that will help is to drop it and find something else to play. One of those browsergames i mentioned and played a lot a few years ago was Dark Orbit. They didnt listen to their loyal fans and the game died out, it's still online but literally nobody plays it anymore. If that's the goal of the HH devs then congrats, you made the first move.

Ah Dark Orbit. I am a former dev of that game. It was the cash cow of BP. We developed a lot of clones with the same payment model and pressure. I think all of them went offline years ago (I mysef quit several years ago).

I am surprised that this same strategy still works nowadays. Maybe because of the sexual content.

But it's a total shame that all those games are designed so poorly. Even a php based browser game like HH could be designed in an appealing way by just making the story and the characters interesting and more meaningful. Let characters and relationships develop. Let the story branch out here and there. Not just stupid fucking with some semi funny references.

Gameplay which consists mainly of waiting and clicking is boring and cumbersome. Also it is prone to bot usage. We had heavy bot usage in our big games back then.

    Greets.

Every game with stupid and time costly tasks is inflated by bots.
Collecting money every XX min, using battle energy every X hours...

...and botting is tolerated very often. Since it motivates stupid whales to cash up with the assumed super active players.
