    Hmm yes, there was the fiery debate over this. Im still not exactly sure if magic critical and go thru high mdef. I do know it still does 1s to Siegrid because she has infinite mdef. Maybe because he already has high mdef, he sacrifices some for a small tidbit of evasion against spear users. Definitely a case of experimenting with gear.

    Did a 2-1-7 run with Hilde's usual +2 Rumbling Necklace instead to gauge what her normal performance is like. She crit for ~340 damage or somewhere in that neighborhood. She was also consistently dealing 3-digit damage; with the ring instead she was quite often dipping down below 100 damage into two-digit damage unless she landed a crit.

    I think it's safe to say that for ordinary circumstances, Mages perform better focusing on base damage improvements rather than looking towards crit. I guess you could make an excuse for evasion as you mentioned, but Goddess Ring would be a far superior choice for that.

    I see. I will be sure to tell him that. After thinking about it, the comparisons being made, his mage was far higher level.

    For classes skills :

    Soldiers take 58% of the damage aimed at the employee behind them
    Ronins increase the hit rate and the crit rate (around +50%)
    Rogues skill can activate only on the first round of the battle, allowing all your employees to act before the enemy

    Also, you get 2 crystals when you lay off a 6* employee (can't test for a 7* :P)

    You could highlight her with another employee of a different class in Collective Layoff mode to see what class items you get in the final confirmation screen.

    Just, uhh, be sure not to actually fire her. Yeah. That would be a catastrophic tragedy. :V

    The problem is that I don't have an employee above lvl 80, so... ^^

    But you don't need to use the collective layoff, the "layoff" also asks you if you're sure about firing the girl

    I did 10 fairy envelopes with gold mailbox, in one of the draws i got 4 1*.
