Thread: need advice for team developement

Yeah as much as people complain about assassinate and RNG. Time after time have I watched my Minerva just destroy hoards of units with it

Not sure how good her SAW is compared to normal skill, since i think it makes her lose damage or something like that :c, but ofc aoe is better.

valks only get that retreat from battle if killed with lecia (black valk, new event unit) is deployed.

also, berna is nice post-AW, but chances are you'd get more out of AW'ing other units e.g. clissa for her true dmg + additional stats against whatever she is dueling. and you need to remember that's only post-AW for berna to really be of any use. assassination is also not very critical late-game since chances are you can just burst dps down everything, and berna wouldn't be a very good choice for anything that can't be burst-dps downed. Majin Advents are a good example of the really good units that everybody would use, when confronted with large numbers of crazy strong mobs.

in any case, berna is just good because she's a black, but her class and stats doesnt help herself nor her class any.

if you're looking for 500 kills at subjugation, you will most likely need 2 mages. check out the subjugation thread for more info, I theorized a 2 healer setup for that map which basically requires Imelia + Leeanne/Bernard and a couple of other lightning rods for the liches. you can also refer to other guide videos that use 3 healers and so on, although from what I can tell, your dps for it will be lacking regardless.

also, people shouldnt worry about not getting 500 kills in subjugation IMO. I started in DMM 5 months ago and I've not gotten even a single subjugation where I managed the full kills. pretty sure I missed 150 demon crystals that way.

my strongest acc(which is one that I "inherit" from someone else) manage to 500 kills with Dahlia, Maribel, Mehlis, Chydis, Belinda + basic unit so I dont think it should be that hard to 500 kills, but my main acc(which's only about 1 month old) only able to make it up to 490.

chydis + basic units = 3 healer strat. +mehlis +valerie = your 2 mages. easily managed. also I should point out that I only mentioned Imelia + leeanne/bernard is needed in addition to backup lightning rods. if you're high level enough, they might not even die and lightning rod not even necessary. your dahlia + maribel pretty much replaces Imelia and Leeanne/bernard I mentioned.

also, not everybody has units like yours (my best valk is a kerry and that's because I joined before Bashira became tutorial summon) so not sure what your point was. my theory was based on relative new players who've been playing at least since Imelia's event (which is like, this month)

My bad, I should have add that even that strong acc still can't pass BS I and II(which is pretty much a gate blocker just like Castle Retake) so my point is a 2nd mage is pretty much unlikely to have for a 1-month long player(exclude gacha proablity) and even if you have many good unit, if they're not silver(and min-costed one) then they may not help in map that require tight UP management.Then again, if you're willing to pay for the buff pack, you can achieve 500 kills even with silver for a 1-month long player(which is unlikely for you to have a 3rd CCed healer, but with Imelia you can do that, even at barely CR-2).Just want to point out that even my silver team ( in the 1-month long acc) can obtain up to 490 kills then 500 kills is achieveable IF you want to spend, that's all.
