    Lightbulb Dragon Knight's Oath event guide

    Good timeofaday, brave Princes! It is that time of the week, and after our well-earned break we all are aching to sink our... teeth, yeah, teeth) into some new content. Luckily for us, this week actually brings us a new event, and for a unit of a new class to boot! So prepare to go prehistoric to receive the Oath of the Dragon Knight!

    Event runs: 2016-10-18 to 2016-10-25

    This is a Unit Farm event.



    Introducing the Dinosaur Rider Dragon Knight Lucille! As our first Dragon Rider, she sets the standards for this new class. Said class being a very high-cost, high-performance valkyries (meaning, more of UP refunded on withdrawal) that can't ramp UP but can spit ranged magical attacks on skill. Lucille herself is quite a formidable duelist, pushing nearly 3.5k HP, 800 attack and 600 defense at AW90, and even featuring 10 MR as her Awakening ability. And her skill can push quite a hurt with her skill, outstripping even Despara in single-target magical damage. ...All at the cost of arm and leg in form of 40 (forty!) UP maxcosted (and so 35 mincost) for Awakened dino. Even at CC level, her cost is staggering 35 (maxcost) to 30 (mincost), so make sure to squeeze as much CR as you can.

    Comments about the event

    As I said before, if you want to use Lucille, work your @$$ to get her to lowest cost possible. Or don't, and just plan your deployments better to accommodate 40UP monster at the latter stages of a map) 90/12 map, where event unit drops with 100% certainty, is present, so take advantage of it) From silver farming angle, there's a lovely Angel and Magic Fencer combo on map 3, should you really need them. Other than them, pirate, healer+valkyrie, soldier+heavy and ninja (but still not Kagerou ;_, are present, so if you find yourself wanting these classes, here's your chance)

    For maps themselves, lotsa ranged mobs. Prepare accordingly. Take note of bomber goblins, they detonate on death, so take care to not accidentally wipe your team with chain reaction of clearing them with AoE. G-tier map introduces us to the gang of missing ninja that are going to harass from time to time, so get comfortable with them) Also, it is probably the first map where Awakened Bashira's targeting priority could play a cruel trick with you, as as long as shuriken-throwers are around, she will focus on them instead of kite-fliers, potentially missing airborne enemies. Something to keep in mind about our beloved kitty

    New Classes Being Introduced

    Dragon Rider / Dragon Knight / Dragon Lord
    Dinosaur-riding, fire-breathing (when skill is triggered) mega-valkyries with great stats and even greater cost. All but one switch from physical melee to magic ranged single-target damage in skill. And, as a bonus point, they all receive buffs from both Dragon and Cavalry-buffing passives, so with right party composition can be buffed pretty extensively in the future.
    Their intended role is late-game duelists that can tank quite a sizable physical damage and can do some magic or fire support when needed.

    Glad to have a new event, though I really needed rouges to farm I am completely out!! I guess I will just farm the event unit and see what comes my way.

    No archer and samurai drops means no aw sophie or spica, again... ;( Im not gonna use gold units for that especially after i learned about saw. Still, more niels are always welcome not just for sophie but for also other plat angel.
    As for event unit she seems to have a go for a while until they introduce nadia or erenia. I may invest to her as nutaku didnt break its break-event-break rotation, thus leaving us with enough time to level her.

    Fixed the Kagerou-replacement and new character. No Agnes for the wicked, but a money-buffing Feng-Shuist instead!

    Also centered all sections headers. What do you think looks better, this or previous style, where they were left-aligned?

    Left-Aligned seem to sit better above the sections for quick identification not that center-Aligned is bad I just feel left is better and easier for the mind to process.
