Need help with strategy/team organization (new player)

Hey there, I am Jessie, I am new here and I hope that you will be nice to me. because I am still learning the game..
I'm lvl.10 and I have faced some troubles doing mission quest - Drill: Witch strike.. I did it four times, trying to get 3star, but I've only received 2stars so far.. My team of fighters is:
Archers: Bashira lvl4, Soma lvl1, Junior Archer lvl4
Soldiers: Junior lvl1, Cecily Rogue lvl1, Soldier Heavy Infantry lvl14, Woman of steal Leeannne lvl5, Dragon Knight Lucile lvl5
    Healer: Alissa lvl1
    Bandits: x3Junior Bandit Minion lvl4, x3Junior Bandit Bergan lvl2

I think that my team is too weak at this point... I need to unit, or maybe try new strategy? If unit can you please give me advice about best units?

    Thanks all in advance

Most things wont be easy during the start it took me a little while to be able to do those maps but like soranokira posted there are guides all over the internet to help you get those 3 stars on maps. If the guides aren't helping you then you team may be too weak but don't worry about that too much as time goes on they will get stronger.

If there is one bit of advise I can offer is never CC (Class Change/ Class Evolution) your units at lvl 30, make sure you lvl them to their max lvl 50 otherwise when the lvl at 30 you will miss 20 lvls worth of stats which will hurt the unit is you even lvl them up to their maxed CC lvl and even Awaken them.

Best of luck and enjoy yourself!

yess, true.. the beginning is really hard.. My team was too weak... And although my characters are lvld up now and I have new ones (witch Callioppe and a magic soldier), still any difficult quest is a pain for me, I guess I really need to work on units more.
    Thanks for the reply

Spam the highest Charisma map you can clear and use the fodder to level units. Repeat until you gain access to Return to Ruins, which is the earliest of the Unit XP grinding maps, the others being Fiery Oasis, Base Scramble 2 and the very last story map currently available whose name escapes me atm. Deep Forest Road is good for gold if you're short, and Remnant Vanquish 3 is a jack-of-all-trades map that gives less unit XP than Return to Ruins and less gold than Deep Forest Road, but is better Prince XP and more gold than RtR and more Unit XP than DFR.

For Prince leveling (to increase Max Charisma, as well as access Iris (Gold Healer) and Cypria (Platinum Rogue)), generally the highest Charisma story map clearable is best. But your focus should be your units first.

Thank you for the kind advice..
"but is better Prince XP and more gold than RtR and more Unit XP than DFR." can u please give more info here? I've been grinding on low Charisma maps (5-10) also did a lot of low stamina quests (2-6) .. Although I don't know the maps u are talking about, I will try for them... so far my team needs powers really bad... I got new soldiers and I got the Spirit of Silver (pic here: http://imgur.com/a/T5nwW ) any advice on how to use it ?

p.s. Strangely I noticed that the game is taking a lot of time to load and let me put my soldiers, does any of you noticed that ?

2 vital tips i have for you at the start since you might not know it: Don't use any of your silver+ units as fodder to level up, and don't ever class evolve before you reach lvl50.

Return to Ruins has fairly high drop rates for units used as leveling fodder for your army, but abusing it can kill your gold supply, especially if you use the irons in combination rather than selling. Deep Forest Road is good for gold, but not so much for leveling fodder. Both are inferior to Remnant Vanquish 3 for leveling Prince (which raises max Charisma so you can run more maps), and for gold/unit XP it sits between the two. Ultimately, you want to grind as high a map as you can until you reach these 3 maps, and then depending on what you need, grind the appropriate one.

Further down the road, Dragon Hunting is tops for Prince leveling until you clear Immortal Beast/Base Scramble 2 which is tough for newbies. Fiery Oasis is Return to Ruins (Unit XP grinding spot) except even better unit XP and not so hard on your gold supply. Base Scramble 2 is an upgrade to Remnant Vanquish 3. But that's much farther down the road, so don't worry about this paragraph right now.

As for the Spirit of Silver, it along with the Spirits of Gold, Platinum and Black are used in 2 ways: leveling units and for Class Evolution (upgrading your units, it resets level to 1, raises cap for Gold and above rarity units, and sometimes gives new abilities; it does increase UP cost by 3 though, so certain units it is recommended to hold off on, Phyllis being a prime example). For leveling, I'll give an example:

You have Phyllis, a Silver Soldier. You combine her with a fodder unit that gives 150 XP. Four of such units would be 4x150=600. However, mixing in spirits gives a multiplier instead of flat addition. Matching rarity (Silver Spirits in this case) gives x2 and additional spirits multiply in further, like so:
    4 fodder = 150 x 4 = 600
    3 fodder + 1 spirit = 150 x 3 x 2 = 900
    2 fodder + 2 spirit = 150 x 2 x 2 x 2 = 1200
    1 fodder + 3 spirits = 150 x 2 x 2 x2 = 1200

As you can see, 2 fodder + 2 spirits doesn't give any less than 1 fodder + 3 spirits, thus the latter is reserved for when you are using units above bronze rarity (read: not readily farmable, for example, you have 2 copies of Gellius, a Platinum Heavy Armor that's obtainable through shrine only, if you want to Cost Reduce/Skill Up, you'd want to use the extra copy plus 3 platinum spirits for max XP gain)
