Questions incoming ! Yeah ! (or not...)

Hello everyone ! I don't post that much but I read this forum quite a lot, so thanks for the help you usually bring to me but right now I'm needing a little more help ^^'
As usual, please forgive the mistakes you'll find in my posts, french baguettes don't speak english very well (omelette du fromage, yes...).

    1) I'm now into a point where I don't really know which units I should upgrade (by levelling, CCing or awakening them). I think I begin to have an interesting core of units, but with the recent rush of events I don't have that much time to build them and I don't really know if some niche units are really interesting to use (looking at you, Flamel). I was planning to 50CC60 Zola first, then Yuyu second, but then, I'm at a loss...

    2) I took a look at the upcoming events (YoxalLoyal, may the God of Waifus bless you for this good action...), and I saw 2 collection events beeing listed, one for a black ninja and the other for a platinium Priestess Warrior. Since I already got Saki and Flamel, is there any interest for me to farm a lot and spend SC to perfect the units from those events, or should I keep my SC since I got some replacement for those two ?

    3) Flamel. I initially though of her as "AW her, bring her to level 90 and nine times out of ten you'll never use Leeanne again", but on a second tought I would spend a shitload of ressources for her... Is she really worth it, or is she too much of a niche unit to invest on her ? And has she some use out of the classic "healer on a melee slot" ?

Sorry for taking your time on those interrogations, and thanks a lot for those who will bring me any useful comment

    2. Nagi: If you have Saki raised already, you can spend a minimal amount of SCs for Nagi. Her passive gives her a buff against all youkai-type mobs, so she'll be useful in the Eastern maps. Comparing both her and Saki, Saki seems to be better with her assassination chance and increased ATK speed. I'll quote someone on another forum who has an experience using her in battle:

Her SAW in particular turns her into a pretty decent magic lightning rod for the duration by doubling her health and granting her 30 MR, but unfortunately it can only be used once per battle, and otherwise it is pretty lame (a 3400/800/700 Black unit is pretty lackluster in the current meta). Overall she is not a terrible unit, and if you need a melee support unit for single target DPS instead of anti-rush purposes she might fit the bill, just don't expect her to turn the game on its head.
You can judge her for yourself if you want from her DMM wiki page: http://aigis.wikia.com/wiki/Nagi

Serra: Imo, she is one of the better priestess warriors with her skill increasing her ATK and range and has heal allies in her range simultaneously. If you're looking at things in the long run, her skill AW gives her a 50% chance to increase ATK by 1.8x and nullify damage (physical and magic) as well as keeping her simultaneous healing for all allies in range. All in all, I would spend as much SCs as possible to perfect her.

Jungle: TBA whenever Nutaku implements it
Makai (Hell): TBA whenever Nutaku implements it

Other browser games I play (or played) outside of Aigis:

    Nutaku:
Flower Knight Girl (dropped; hated the RNG-style gameplay)
Brave Girl Ravens (dropped; got too boring after a while)
Kamihime Project (dropped sadly; too much high maintenance for my time)

    DMM:
Shiro Project:RE (dropped; no time to spare for this game outside of the Aigis x ShiroPro crossover event)

I have Flamel awakened. Totally worth it!

I don't treat her as a tank though. She's a soldier who packs a punch and a healer primarily. Park her behind a tank and she picks off extras well and heals the tank. If anything I treat her as tank #3. Also on maps where there are big open spaces and/or few ranged slots she is a god send! Flamel is one of those units who opens up entirely new strategic avenues.

Also worth taking into account we have no idea when these events will come and in what order. Its pure speculation so build to what will help you now. Generally the gacha units are better than event ones anyway. You could wait for Serra but you have Flamel now. If your Healer stocks in general aren't great she helps a lot.

    1) Shuka, Flamel, Aria, Zola and Yuyu are who I'd put at the top of the list.

Shuka gets an additional point off anyone deployed after her (on some maps where they're generous with starting UP, this is huge but it's icing on the cake, not a focus), extra stats, attacks everyone she blocks and gets a 30% physical dodge chance. Her skill buffs all deployed units' attack by 10% for 60 seconds (assuming max skill level), which is pretty great. Only reason I don't use her myself is I have AW Uzume instead.

Aria in particular is already in position to be AW (2% attack buff isn't much, but it's a passive team boost on a Reinforcements 3 soldier and generally more impactful than Katie's 2% defense, not to mention if she's CR'd she'll be cheaper to use; plus, having 2 never hurts for certain maps).

Yuyu is superior to Cloris, but overall inferior to Belinda outside of UP cost, so she's last of the 4.

AW Zola is a godsend for Crystal Keeper X and G (and any map with lots of mobs with MR).

Flamel isn't meant to be a "true" tank so much as a bulky blocker who can heal herself and those nearby. Price you pay for two jobs in one slot. As Slyyr said, for maps with limited ranged spots she's exceptionally helpful.

Others I'd AW when you have spare resources are Saki (-2 cost is really nice, and extra stats are always nice, especially attack on the fastest attacking unit), Rita (niche skill but EXTREMELY useful when the niche is needed) and possibly Elva (bulky heavy hitter). Other than those, not much I'd recommend with what you have now. Your team is pretty solid.

    Oh about Flamel... for reference:
    Name - CC Max HP/Defense - AW Max HP/Defense
Flamel - 1824/495 - 2220/550 with MR 10 and healing while not blocking.
    Leanne - 1931/507 - N/A - Skill boosts defense to 811 for 30 seconds when maxed.
    Bernice - 2184/542 - 3046/669 - Skill boosts defense to 921 (CC) or 1137 for 35 seconds when maxed

TLDR: Heavies are better for blocking physical due to skill buffing defense way past Flamel's. Flamel's MR and healing make her better for against magic and close against mixed enemies. Added utility vs. extra blocks can go either way depending on situation.

AW90 Elva has 3064 HP, 460 Defense and 10 MR with a 1.5x Defense boost when under half health, if you're wondering how bulky she is. But keep in mind her focus is offense (she demolishes the above 3 in that, and the soldiers and Advance Guard as well, though she's a tad expensive to deploy, especially compared to the latter two classes)

Thank you so much for all those helpful comments, they helped me a lot to find a way to go for the weeks to come. Guess I'll bring Flamel to 50CC70, and while I'll gather the ressources to AW her, I'll up Zola first to try to farm Crystal Keeper G ASAP.

Once again, lots of waifus for all of you, I was quite lost but now it's way better, thanks to you.
