Try different team compositions. Ongoing popular superstition is that game somehow uses your team to seed the Random Number Generator responsible for drops.

Yeah... i always ask myself if those people ever went to school and what they did with thier heads there.

My personal superstition is that the quicker you kill the enemies that drop stuff, the more likely it is you'll get it. I also tried varying my team just in case... still nothing. Even on my two attempts on Cornered G, I only got a single Demon Crystal each, which is the biggest "screw you" I can think of for mission drops... giving me something useful in such a worthless quantity.

I swear, this game tries to frustrate me any way it can.

for me, I'm more frustrated with zero drops. As long as I got something, it's not a waste for me

They're frustrating in different ways for me. Getting nothing is obviously annoying, but getting a lone Demon Crystal is just, "Oh, you got my hopes up with a gold treasure icon for something trivial."

Also mincosted Chloe (but skill level is still 5). Still going to farm up some more, to push her into Awakening (and maybe feed some to my AW Erun for experience and possible skill ups, if I am extra lucky).

yeah, I get ya I get dat feeling mostly for completely Gold Rushes

i'm at mincost and skill 8. getting to 9 is hard, and getting to 10 with anything other then rainbows is REALLY hard.
