    A warning to spenders

    I had bought currency in Nutaku a couple of times. My wallet got stolen so I had to have my credit card re-issued. Same number, same bank, same name. They only change the CRC check number.

    When I bought currency after the re-issue, a week later (on Friday) I was flagged for suspicious activity and my Nutaku account suspended. I was passed from Nutaku to Probiller as I tried to find someone to fix the problem after an email finally arrived a day later. Turns out the people you need to contact are Probiller's Customer Support. Even they couldn't fix the problem and referred it back to Nutaku, telling me Nutaku would tell me when the problem was fixed.

    The problem was fixed (for a time - more details below) but Nutaku didn't tell me. I found out by randomly trying to log back in. I thought it was fixed as I was able to play Aigis... once.

    Since that first time playing I get hit with an error on loading before it gets to the Start screen.

    The error says " An unexpected error occurred. Check for multiple logins or a discrepancy between the actual time and the clocks time on your device."

    There has been a little back and forth with support staff but its clear the problem isn't with my hardware/software on my end. I can still play other games on Nutaku and I tested using another PC and had the same error. Only Aigis is being effected like this. But its also where any money I put into Nutaku went.

    It is now Wednesday. I have lost most of 5 days play and odds are it won't be fixed soon as I received the following message via support tickets :

    "This is the "Millennium War Aigis" Customer Support Team.

    Regarding your inquiry, we are investigating your data, and it may take some time.
    We are sorry for any inconvenience we have caused. Please be patient while the issue is resolved.

    We appreciate your continued support for Millennium War Aigis.

    Moral of the story : If you spend money in Nutaku and your credit card gets stolen, never spend money in Nutaku via Probiller again

    The worst part is I had just gotten my core team all up to 50CC50. Looks like the new account I started will be my main account for a while, possibly for good. But that one is spending no money on the game.

    A similar thing happened to me, but IIRC, all I had to do was change my CC# on my Paypal. Didn't have to do anything with Probiller.

    Sorry to hear about that mess though.

    Due to my location I have to use Probiller instead of Paypal. I wish I could use Paypal!

    Sorry to hear that, Slyyr. As you know, we work with ProBiller, who are very sensitive to potential fraud due to the nature of the content they work with. These policies are actually meant to protect our customers, not lock them out of their account for long periods.

    We're working hard on setting up a system to make clearing up these issues as easy as possible. If your account was unbanned and banned again by accident, something went wrong with that system.

    My Nutaku account works just fine for every other game. Its only Millennium War Aigis that doesn't work. I do think the credit card issue has something to do with it though as it happened shortly after my account was re-activated.

    I have granted some of my friends access to my nutaku account and of course they have different IP locations and different credit cards , paypal or whatever method they use to pay .

    so 2 of them decided to get gold for the account . surprisingly I lost access to my account because it was suspected as fraud and got banned!

    I contacted web support and they said they won't reactivate my account .

    well I got something to say :

    1)If nutaku bans user for such behavior they should at least tell them about it and warn them and not just let them do this then ban their accounts suddenly as if it is a trap . in short either eliminate the consequences or warn them that you do not support multi payment to one account

    2)it is not just about refunding " that did not happen till now so the money payed is lost till now " it is about gaming achievements and history so any ideas about starting another account is ridiculous and unfair unless you transfer every gaming data from my old account to the new one in every single game along with the gold points of course .

    I hope this issue is solved fast I really hate to see events going on and can not participate in them

    Starting from scratch sucks but it can be good as you don't make mistakes made the first time. I did it and I'm finally around the same level unit-wise for my core team.

    Of course the difference in units has good and bad (good I have Themis, Adele and Elizabeth, bad I don't have Jerome, Despara and all the units from events before).

    It is a lot slower going free to money as I'm not getting the better stamp cards and I can't power level like I used to. But I can lean on units from events to compensate a little. Really depends on what comes up, how strong I can get it and how it fits into the team. Before I had that plus rolling the gacha.
