Thread: New nutaku exclusive game: Girls on Tanks!

At this point girl on tanks is kind of a joke but if its actually good it could still redeem itself. I mean seriously, first "coming soon" for a few weeks, then a pre register? I just hope it means they think they ve fixed whatever made the game meh first time around.

It IS a good game, until you finish the story. Then there is no reason to play anymore.

Yeah it feels more like a fun single player game with no reason to play after the campaign and there isn't really any incentive to spend any money on it either. The cards from the chests are pretty easy to come by normally, the only real benefit is the credits. But even then the game is easily beatable without maxing out any character and there is no pvp.

agreed it feels like an incomplete multiplayer game or a fun but short single player game.

Lets just wait and see the first event, you guys dont remember kh in its first release week i guess? Well, at least this one has more stuff to do till opening.

Honestly just tried it and I doubt they can come with something really good right now. For content you could just have events with maps scaling harder and harder it's not too hard in fact.

The main issues are:

- it's still buged a lot, like this mission you are allied with a Free Nation General but have to wait she gets destroyed or you can't finish. It's kind of worrying for a game that have been that long in pre release.

- The stamina system is awefull. 60 max, every quests cost 25 and it refills so slowly. Even cashing for stamina seems to be a waste as you will be able to do 2 quests only. To me, if they thought people would cash for stamina they are 5 years late. And if the only difficulty is to wait your stamina to refill, it really gives 0 reason to cash.

- The generals boxes are stupid. The gold box is a far far better deal than the epic box. And still a better deal than the platinium.

- The gameplay is too limited. Compared to Advance War, it's a bad rip off. No naval unit, no ammo, no fuel. You can capture everything in one turn, HQ in 2 turn with a 1 hp troop. And the general powers are too powerfull for common/rare when it gives unit (like an heavy tank right at the start). And the worst: some seems to be better at level 2 than after.


And I'm surely missing some points. I have very low hopes in my case ^^

I think they got too greedy trying to make it a free to play game. All they needed to do was copy Advance Wars' mechanics, add on some tits, and they could sell it for $15 or whatever.

Either you're good at the game and can clear it without needing to spend real money or you're not and then you'd probably get frustrated and give up before spending real money.

THIS so much. It really is a waste as a single player game. And thats not even counting all the bugs and glitches!

Hey, did anyone else's mission progress just get completely reset?

Well guys, the long wait is over, the infamous game that was apparently so unpolar it even had less active users than freaking X-overd (may it rest in peace sweet angel who was treated poorly by nutaku) is finnaly here. So... um... should we start the funeral or wait until nutaku announces they re going to can it?

Less likely to happen since they don't have to pay for translations or anything else that they would have to for a DMM game.

So the cost of maintaining shitty english games is a lot less than a DMM game. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they just abandon DMM and switch to only hosting english made games.

Seems to be the direction they are going. None of the games in their new "wave" are DMM.. mostly all western made. Not a good move for them. Every release has been just plain shit or riddled with bugs and exploits. I don't see this being sustainable, but we'll see.
