One event girl whch I think is also in the gacha. The game banner shows a few new girls unless they're just story characters, I wouldn't know in that case because I've skipped every story scene.

Not really. The game's been in softlaunch for months so if you lived in certain countries or used a VPN it it possible to already have your buidlings maxed. At least I guess. I started playing back then but stopped after 2 or 3 weeks. Now that's it's in full launch I continue playing for now...

So what's a good level for girls to be at to start attempting hard mode?

Depends on the level you're attempting. I've yet to complete normal lvl 30, but I've completed hard lvl 18. So...a bit more than half of what you've done on normal?

You need to complete campaign 1 to unlock hard mode.

Ah, my mistake...I was talking about 'challenge' mode.
