Just a few tips after playing some more and considering that they changed a lot over the last day:

    1) Leveling up is not a good idea - the enemies scale with your level, and they get MUCH stronger if you abuse the exp from repeating the stage, don't do it.
Instead you should get minimum exp with maximum body/mind gains... arena is good for that.
Enemies do not scale depending on your mind/body stats.. so the more of those you have the better(you always gain those at same speed, so those can probably be gained infinitely)
    2) Difficulty of arena - every tier of arena costs 1 more 'attempt' than previous one(1/2/3/4/5)if you can handle hard you should do it.. same for medium over easy. Easy = around 20% mind/body, Medium = around 50% Hard = around 100%(so hard is very good for it's cost)
Never fight the mage duel - it takes 5 attempts of arena and the stat rewards suck - it's mostly there for power gems, when you complete the other stuff already.
    3) Useful runes to pick: Yellow - Fire, Life. Green - Void, Arrow. Red - Spell, Enemy, Self, Area.
Useful Spell combos: 3x any yellow(changes the visual of girl you summon), void, spell - summon 3 girls for 8 mana.
Fire(1-3), Arrow, Enemy - at start you want to do 3x fire(but as you gain more mind stat it becomes better to use only 1x, because dmg from extra fire scaled badly compared to extra mana cost.. but also consider enemy HP).. the fire and death spells are the same in terms of special effect being double damage. But fire can be further amplified by fire ring if you buy it from premium shop for insane dmg. (if you get good stats for your level - you can one shot stuff with fire ring)
Fire(usually 3, but depends), Arrow, Area - hits every opponent on the area, insane in the area with 5+ enemies. Fire 3x is great considering the low dmg gain from stat there. If you get fire ring, it's utter madness 1 shotting the whole area of easier opponents.
Life(1-3, 3x until high stats), Arrow, Self - heal yourself. Only worth it if you have heavling ring and by picking dagger at start - heal up, then transfer hp into mana... repeat. Sadly it ends round, but it's a way to recover 6 or so mana per turn easily... more as your stats grow.
Can still gain a little from it if you are patient even without the healing ring, but will take a long time - surround yourself by girls in corner - and then just repeat the process gaining very little in the process.
Healing ring is better saving up for than 3 mana/turn ring IMO(well, both is even better, but it's overkill tbh... best things to save up for are healing ring, reaction ring.. if you are impatient - teleport ring is good... but you don't need it really, there is really only 1 day worth of stages atm.. and you can travel between completed missions instantly it seems)

    So in short now:
Pick all mage option at start, pick dagger when you can choose it, you are good to go. Now you need to save up for the healing ring first, then reaction ring(maybe even the other way around, considering how cheap reaction ring is... if you plan to spend $$ on the game - I also suggest fire ring, it helps to make stuff faster/cheaper to kill... but reaction ring start, moving to corner, surrounding yourself by girls and then just healing ring combo into dagger for infinite mana is enough to complete any difficulty of non mage battle.. 3 mana/turn ring is also not bad, but it's more expensive and much slower as you become stronger) and you can dominate anything.

Reaction ring for sure should be the first buy. While it may be slow without healing ring, you can still just barely outheal the mana cost with turn skip heal. Later on reaction ring is absolutely needed, especially if you plan on challenging later arenas. Each mob hits you 3-4 times in heroic, and since summons don't scale or anything, you have to personally kill everything. Since inventory space is so limited, you're not gonna be able to kill everything if all the enemies get 1st turn and break your armor before you get a chance to move.

More or less the late game strategy is

    Triple enchant weapon and armors
Summon mobs and surround yourself so you can 1v1 enemies(If enemy is ranged you can skip this since ranged attacks don't deteriorate armor unless they crit)
Death, Death, Death, Touch, Self to get +7 more damage(Can use fire in place of death)(You don't need this if your weapon is already 8 base damage before enchant, lower depending on mob)
    Swap equips as they break
CEX attack so you kill the enemies with 2 hits.(With triple enchant Sabre or Stilleto vs Frostworms)
Death, Death, Death, Touch, Self to recover CEX(Can use fire in place of death)

That sounds faster in the beginning, where weapons actually do something.. but much less efficient than what I told though.
First of all using armor is a waste... I am rarely using armor(although I have reaction ring, so that's the reason ofc).. and using weapon... is a waste, unless the fight is easy.. in which case you should try a harder one.. though a less of a waste one, since you have a great starting sword(I hope you did get it before starting) but I never get a chance to use it and it doesn't break if I don't... crafting the 10/10 sword is also a good idea if you go that way, since using shield is a waste.
If for some reason you want to use armor - use Quad(not triple) enchant of 1 armor piece... along with decent body stat you should evade most of the stuff enough to go into corner before getting reaction ring.
But CEX armor is actually quite useful especially before reaction ring..
Using mana on anything that doesn't deal dmg to opponent and summoning.. is a waste, unless it's for recovering mana.
Problem with using weapon/armor... things scale TOO much as you increase levels... like anything on hard becomes so fat that you will have to spend 3-5+ turns per 1 enemy to melee kill it. And it only gets worse.. I imagine that by lvl 10+ the mobs will have like 200+ hp, while your dmg from weapon will remain around the same.

Inventory space won't be very limited if you stop wasting money on armor and actually buy inv space too.. but then again you won't really need it more than once or twice in that case...

Honestly, armor doesn't cost anything. You buy the cheapest armors, triple enchant or quad enchant them, then sell them before they break for a profit. All it costs you is a few mp points to enchant, and you can buy 2-3 more pieces for the price you sell them for. And they'll negate a lot more than the 3 attacks cex defense does.

Plus doesn't Cex defense consume on ranged attacks?

It's just that IMO there are 2 steps in this game:
Step 1 - before you get anything.. this means you can easily break your armor by accident because enemy placement is random and you don't have reaction ring yet...(heck, I had an enemy spawn on top of me.. can't attack it with melee and if you attack it with spell you dmg yourself as well XD)
Step 2 - you have reaction ring and can do close to invulnerable strategy.. battles might take ages.. but then again you only have a couple arena runs a day, might as well make them efficiently and there is barely any story remaining for you to do after a day of playing.

I just started the game. It seems the spell to summon 3 minions has been changed to summon 1 minion with 2-3 attacks, also AI attacks the minion now, so the trick can't be used anymore (?)

Also I did not get the dagger option, it seems to be removed(?)

    I like it

I think it's a good game.....the travelling is a nuisance but there's a trick to it.....once you've completed a place you can instant travel there. and Hay just cost 450 silvers probably.

The art is not for everyone but I guess I have weird fetishes. And I like like eroticas rather than high def artworks and this eroticas are dank.

It takes awhile to build-up but when you reach level 5-6, other than real strong guys, you're pretty much invincible. Here's some tips and trick

Spellwork this increases your enchantment time. if you have 2, then your enchantment on your item will last for two hours. If you enchant a weapon, that'll not only increase your weapon stats, it'll also save it from breaking- meaning your durability won't go down......but there's a catch. Pretty much all the high level opponents like magicians and monks has disenchantment- meaning their every attack will take your runes off your armor, helm and shield (doesn't affect sword).

CEX just like it sounds, every time you have sex your cex goes up. you can use CEX for 3 shield-defense or to increase your attack power. And you can negate disenchantment with 1 CEX.

Gears at the beginning you're pretty much broke so you can't buy armor/weapons. But there's a crafting option after the first chapter of Raven's Nest. you can craft dragon sword, armor, crossbow, arrows....I still use the dragon sword for two reasons....it's a good weapon and I spent 4 points to specialize it. If you don't plan to use this weapon forever, do not speacialize it.....cause points are hard to come by.....With arena battles you can save 40 gems and buy the best sword from the shop. Well dragon sword is a great starting weapon (it takes 21 hours to craft).

P.S. while crafting you can't travel, while traveling you can't craft.

Spell I'd suggest two spells. the one you learn at first....keep it in your quick cast.
And secondly, summoning. basically use any yellow(field) runes 1/2/3 times then use Void (green) rune and then spell.
e.g. life+life+life+void+spell........this'll cost 11 mana. one with only one field rune will cost 6 mana.

lastly, count your enemies moves-how many steps they can take and time you attack. This will help you a lot at the beginning. But later on pretty much every battle is a magic battle

How to beat the shadow? There is a spell (death*3-void-self) to gain 3 CEX by 11 mana, but that is still more than I can afford to beat 6 of them in hard arena...
