    'Revised' Automata

So what actually was changed about Automata? Because it looks like the same shitty, naked cash-grab it was last time.

Edit: Having played it more, it looks like they increased the BTP rewards from 5-600 up to 100-1400. They may have also cut the BTP required to get the card by 1/10, but I may just be looked through rage tinted glasses about the old requirement being 800k. Everything else that made Automata shitty the first time around is still there, it just isn't a complete waste of time now.

    It's definitely more balanced now.

Now it's a Gambit lite clone, instead of the awful bad Gambit clone that it was the first time around.

    140k reward

did anyone else not get the event and SR ticket rewards for getting over 140k points?

After defeating the boss the first time around, the reward scoring is reset, and you're back at the start.

So, say it took 70k points to get the R reward card for you. After you get those points, the boss' health bar doubles, and you enter the Overkill phase.

While your ranking score at that point is 70k, as far as the point rewards are concerned, you're back at 0.

To be perfectly honest as weird as it sounds i much preffer this version of gambit, at least here i feel like i can constantly get good rewards compared to having to HOPE someone useĀ“s my cases or reaching the ceiling before i have to burn though extra items to kill the boss. I think this is the perfect mix.

Having played this for a few days I'm going to ease off it. I still hate that the boosts are paid only, there aren't any event consumables, and that glasses are used for boss spins, but the medium and hard mini-bosses have some pretty good rewards and boss spins are fairly frequent with the increased rewards helping a lot.
