Whether they’re set as Squad Leader or a Squad Member, every character has an Ability that they can Activate.
Activating one when on a Mission or during a battle will have different effects, like raising their attack or increasing the drop rate of Shine Crystals.
Keep in mind that not everyone has an Ability, and some Abilities can only be unlocked by Evolving a character of a certain rarity.
And remember! A character’s Ability is their own, which means you can’t transfer them between characters.
