| Cecille is supposedly a member of the Village Vigilantes, but her friends have hardly ever seen her with them. She has barely any presence, to the point that you wouldn't notice her even if she was right in front of you. On the off-chance someone does notice her, they usually forget she exists immediately afterwards. Even her friends sometimes. Even still, she never forgets to do her duties and her hard work in weapon maintenance is truly remarkable. But to everyone else, it seems like these chores took care of themselves. Now rumor has it that there's a "cleaning fairy" about... For some reason, only the Priest is able to see her and remeber her.
