A shaman of the ryujin. Unlike the males that grow into the likeness of dragons, Echidna as a female has a body closer to a human's. She once spent her days invocating peace for her people living deep underground, but because their leader the Grand Elder was determined to take advantage of the monster resurrection and invade the surface, she came to the Prince to warn him in advance. Usually she uses healing magic like a healer, but when it's necessary she can also use attack magic.
