In some gacha, if you get a Job you don't need, because you have already maxed it out, the cost will be returned to you (10 shards, 200 shards, or 5 crystals based on the gacha).

Shard Gachas
Gentleman Gacha: 200 shards each. All standard males, plus event males. All job rarities.
Free Gacha: 10 shards each. All C and UC weapons. All UC and R standard females. R event females (there aren't any UC event females). Usually a higher chance of pulling event R's and sometimes increased chances for certain standards.

Crystal Gachas
5 Crystals per pull.

Priority Gacha: Increased chance to pull new standard jobs, but includes all standard jobs R rarity and above. Female-only. No Event. Sometimes unclear what actually has an increased chance.
Premium Weapons: R to SSR weapons.

The guaranteed girls it mentions is wrong. The picture is usually correct, but check the news/update notes to be sure of who you will get.
