Nonno is Supporter, Buffer class, so she'll spend most of her efforts on reinforcing your Attackers. Because she is a Buffer, you'll want to give her boots to make sure she precedes other characters and maximises the usefulness of her abilities.
Her specialty ability, Non Non World, and its variants, give your entire party Water Attribute which should help you destroy any Fire Attribute enemies.
Her SSR job gives Maxi-Brave, which gives +100% Attack Power to any ally, which can easily get them reaching capped damage.
