When was this changed?

My plan was to max out all N cards and have normal gacha have 100% R or SR on each draw.

I just maxed my all my N cards and when I try to do normal gacha, and land on lvl 100 N card, the prize is not an upgrade to random R level but the prize is a N wild card. When was this changed? Why doesnt nutaku have patch notes/forums on this.

I was so hyped blowing 1.75m pero on N wild cards to end up being useless.

Well.. on the bright side.... you can still trade 10 N wild cards for 1 R wild cards, or 100 N wild cards to 1 SR wild card :rolleyes:

Have you read the normal gacha page here? It clearly says it MAY upgrade to a R or SR card if the card is max level and you don't have EX levels active.
