I always add the people the game suggests, but now I think that they decline and the game suggests them to me again and I don't want to bother them anymore.

If you refresh your friends list it should have a tab showing people you're requesting friendship with. If you go to the tab you have the option to cancel the request. If their name vanishes, then that means they declined your request.

Just a tip if your getting declined a lot odds are its people who are really high sed in comparison to yourself. I try to add most people who send requests but if your under 50k I just decline. Below that Its people who are very new to the game and might quit at any time, and if your not new you barely play. I know there are also people who have much higher minimums of like 500k or even more so be careful when adding high sed players.
