I've always been wondering how to evaluate Lupines ability "Inreased crititcal attack rate for all squad members". If it is at least better than the usual 5* attack raise buff? Could it also be a possible addition to lifesteal squads or the sort of it?
Since I always use a 3-man Squad for the Raid Bosses right now, I switched her in to look closely how well the abilities fares. At first I was kinda underwhelmed, since the ability didnt trigger very often. The Damage Buff seems to be the usual 1,5x multiplier.
But considering that on the one hand i was only using 3 Girls and the ability buffs the whole team, i see it happen less than i should. And on the other hand the ability is practically a "50% attack power for the whole team, but only activates sometimes". So if the usual 5* attack buff is something like 15% attack buff for 3 squad members, then ofc the crit chance ability would be way too superior if it would trigger too often.
Another point is that attack buff abilities seem to work in an additive way unlike some other abilities which work in a multiplicative way, for example bonus damage to solar blast. In relation to attack buffs crit chance should pretty much work in a multiplicative way which would be another strong point for crit chance. (for example if an unit has a 40% attack buff it would be something like 100(base damage)*1,4*1,5= 210 instead of 100*(1,4+1,5)=190).
So has anyone any ideas about it? or even knows the exact number for crit chance increase? also are there other unit except canna which have a crit chance ability of whom I'm not aware?
