Yep, and maintenances are on Mondays (often 14:00 ~ 17:00 JST but subject to change) unless they coincide with Japanese holidays. In that case, devs will carry out maintenance on the next workday. We are usually given a heads-up on the bulletin board and by @flower_staff on Twitter a few days in advance.

In addition, a couple of things happen at 00:00 JST on Thursdays:
If a non-permanent reprint has been up for a week, its second half stages and the associated reprint gacha will be added. If it's about to end, it will be replaced by the next one.
Weekly special missions [link (http://flowerknight.wikia.com/wiki/Limited_Mission#Weekly_Mission)] and the weekly 480 yen single-draw gacha are also reset. You are rewarded 2 free leader medals from clearing both weekly missions, so don't forget to clear those each week.

Who are your favorite event girls? And who are the ones you don't like at all?

You don't need to give a specific mumber of girls. Just the ones you like or not and why. Also, Azalea Newcomer count as event girl.



Favorites event girls (with no particular order):

Mountain Lily. For me she is the best Counter event girl and the best event girl before promotion.

Tatchibana. My first event girl ever and that's why I like her. I regret she is so bad all the time. Bad bloom form, bad promoted form with that damn skill act x1.2 on 3rd turn. Why? Why they don't gave her a normal x1.2 skill act based on affection like Moonflower?

Geranium. I don't like her giant boobs and her evolved form but for some reasons she is one of my favorite event girls for a long time. I think I love her because she was the first event girl with x1.2 skill act (and one of the first 5* with that anyway). Despite her two big flaws, she has a nice design. And I like her flower anyway.

Hypericum. Favorite Ninja-loli. She is cute, funny and full of life. And she helps a lot in battle.

Holly. How can I don't like Holly? She is the best. Maybe my all time favorite event girl. She is cute, cute and cute. Above all, she got a good regular 5* version that make her usable in battles. Really nice. And obviously, I love her becuse I love how she shake her booty.

Spring Star. I dont like her commander issue at all but she has a so lovely art <3

Rainbow Rose. I can't make a favorite event girl list without Rainbow Rose. I like the idea, I like her design, I like how good she is after promotion and I like her event.

Zebrina. She has a nice and strong look. For me, she is one of the best event girls in the game with a strong self buff. And I really like her flower. I want a better 5* version of her because she deserve it.


Now, my less loved girls. Sorry girls.

Fatsia. I don't know why but I don't like her design at all. she is too meh. The typical event girl. The one you don't event care about for no reasons.

Japanese Mugwort. I never like her. She has a nice evolved and bloomed art and she is from Mint's artist (and I like Mint a lot) but... I just can't like her. I think there is something with her face.

Elder Flower. She looks so high on drugs... that's disturbing. She looks nice and she has a lovely evolved artwork but... thoses eyes... I just can't.

Easter Lily. I think her design is too simple. Too white. She really lack of something. Even some 2* looks less meh than her.

Cypress Vine. I don't like her for a simple reason. Her promoted form is too good for what she is. She looks like a totally meh and forgottable loli but she got one of the best promoted form recently. Why she looks like that? Why she can't be a good looking event girl like a lot of other ones?

I'll share my favorites, though I'll leave out ones not released on Nutaku's version so far since I don't really know 'em. Also, my list is only taking into consideration two things: appearance and maybe personality. I don't care about stats/skills/abilities for Event girls since I've never used almost all of them.

Favorites:
1. Eucharis - Honestly, she'd be first for just her appearance alone. I guess it’s a mix of her clothes, her proportions, and her expression. Also, her sprite is super cute. She's just so animated!:

I also think she'd be way more popular if it wasn't for the fact that she got released in the same event as the Shrine Maidens who kinda overshadowed her.


2. False Hydrangea [Base Skin] - Again, it's her appearance. Not a particular fan of twin tails, but she just looks so cute (though I’ve heard that she looks kinda pregnant because of her poofy dress, but I don’t think it’s that prominent). Also, cute sprite:

Her first and second H Scenes are also some my of favorite in the entire game (especially the second one).


3. Treasure Flower/Gazania [Both Skins] - She’s the only Moneti girl that’s an event unit. Legit all of Moneti’s girls are my absolute favorite in the game in terms of appearance, design, and H Scenes. She’s also the very first event girl that I got because I started my first account during her event.


4. Anemone Flaccida/Flaccid Anemone [Both Skins] - I guess it her design. Her clothes, her proportions, and her pose just looks really attractive.

There's actually quite a lot that I don't care for, so I'm not going to bother listing all of them. Honestly, it mostly just the lolis.

On a more serious note lets start with other Event Girls i also very much like:

Mountain Lily:
One of the best Event Girls gameplay wise. Easy to include in a dedicated Counter Squad.

Dipladenia:
Once upon a time she was a really nice unit for niche Events where it was basically mandatory to have a girl who ignores speed-altering panels. Since then she has fallen a little bit out of favour but i still have found memories of her performance in the past. I also quite like her design.

Black Locust:
I always liked her Artwork. Reminds me of Esdeath from Akame Ga Kill! She has good H-Scenes and her Promotion Gains are quite respectable and will make her an awesome Crit Unit.

Treasure Flower:
Like many others i am a big fan of Moneti Girls :D

Fullmoon Maple:
Of course she is on my list of favourite Event Girls. She looks similar to Maple and her Background is quite interesting.

Flaccid Anemone:
Yeah she is hot. That's it.

Winter Cherry:
Recently I put her on the list. She has a more serious attitude and it kinda looks like she trains a lot. I like that dedication. She also looks nice.

And last but not least Rainbow Rose:
Why do i like her so much? Well she has one of the strongest if not the strongest Promotion up to date. My Rainbow Rose has 5 Skill Level, 4 Equipment Slots, she is fully amphied and an absolute beast. She works well in dedicated Crit Squads and also makes an excellent teammate for Kerria.

Girls i don't like:

There are a lot of Event Girls i don't really care for. Like a lot of Lolis (there are exceptions).

A girl i don't like is Calla. Her design is quite boring and she is a weak Unit. She might be even weaker than some 4 stars if i remember correctly. It's quite a long time since i paid attention to her.

In no specific order of favorites (actually old to newest since I am going down the Wiki list) and these are largely based on aesthetics more than abilities or stats:

Favorite Event Waifus! Marry me!

1) Moon Vine - Dark skinned OPPAI cutey with a gun! One of the earliest and simply incredible. Her form in her bloomed artwork is divine to where I have to stop and appreciate her when she comes up as one of my secretaries. I mean come on! Look and even you have to admit those tits are goddess tier in size and shape! :love: :love: :love: Oddly, that epic size and shape didn't translate into her 2nd sex scene as they appeared smaller than they should be. Have to fault the artist for that unfortunately.

2) Southern Cross - I don't know what it is but the whole white ensemble with the cape just gives off this majestic knight feeling to her. I frankly find it beautiful! If not for another contender, I would without a doubt call her the White Knight of FKG.

3) Canna - She gives this genuine Japanese festival feeling to me in all her busty tomboyish glory. I found it very appealing and endearing. Also like her feisty attitude.

4) Black Locust - The other White Knight contender, albeit her other forms go more green than white. But she has this awesome military aire about her with her basic form's uniform. A commanding presence that is beautiful and arousing to behold.

5) Sourwood - By far one of the leading contenders for my favorite event girl overall. She triggers my crush of Ikki Tousen's Kanu immediately with her looks. Her weapon of choice is badass. And overall she is a breathtaking beauty to behold with a tall elegant form and some mouth-watering large breasts barely contained by skimpy clothing. She is one of the few that just became more incredible to see with each form! :love: :love: :love:

6) Russelia - While kind of a disappointment in some of her animations, there is still no denying that she is one of a kind with her looks and weapon of choice because you really don't see any other girl like her. She's clearly a beautiful, busty redhead with a fiery spirit. Love it!

7) Belladonna - Like a reverse Romeo with her outfit, she has an elegant aire about her clothing from that romantic era that is very charming. Plus, you have to appreciate a beautiful woman who can make pants like the ones she wears work that well!

8) Gazania - YAARRR!! Pirate girls be sexy! Simple fact that is universal. I want to plunder dat booty!!!

9) Eucharis - A standout from all the rest with her design largely because of the color. But you don't often even see that color design in anime. I don't know why because I found it to be bright and beautiful. It also helps that she has a gorgeous figure and is cute as heck!

10) Lamb's Ear - The sleeper out of all the girls. When I first saw her, I didn't really like her. Her design did not allude to much. In fact, I thought she was a loli at first. But then you see her evolved forms and damn it if I wasn't very wrong. And her sex scene showcases an ass and tits that out amazing to behold while her voice actress gives an amazing performance with a bleating sheep-like "Meeeeh" that is cute yet oddly arousing when she orgasms. Every aspect of the character I thought could be underwhelming, the devs made amazing in the end. :love:

11) Flaccid Anemone - What can I say other than: Girls in uniform. My first event girl when I abandoned Nutaku and she was a beauty to behold and had some awesome animations. Liked her from the very start.

12) Lobelia - One of my favorite erotic genres in doujins/hentai is the hot ass teacher! They nailed it with her bombastic figure with great ass and tits, but also the cute glasses and pretty hair done up into a bun. Man how I would love to stay after school for some extracurricular activities with her! :love: :love: :love: Teach me everything sensei!!!

13) Coleus - I don't know what it is about her, but despite what some may call an average demure girl in appearance, I find her charming and attractive. I guess it's like a "girl next door" kind of attraction. Being oppai helps too! :wink:

14) Pea - Dual sword wielding beauty? I'm in! Plus the way they drew her breastplate just makes it more tantalizing to the oppai glory waiting to be unleash beneath. Like opening a grand present!

15) Adenium - I know quite a few didn't like her design, but frankly I can't help but find her one of the most beautifully designed of the event girls. The tattered cape, flared pantlegs, and overall design gives a cool 3 Musketeers vibe to her. She's also a busty beauty with unique hair coloring. Just love her! :love: :love: :love:

16) Rainbow Rose - I don't know how, but they managed to make a rainbow themed girl look actually very good and attractive instead of terrible. Speaking of terrible like this incoming joke... Yes, with her, I DO want to TASTE the rainbow! :silly:

17) Winter Cherry - That yellow flair to her hair just adds to the overall cuteness to her design. I like how bright and exotic her color scheme is. Another oppai beauty to behold.

Least Fav Event Girls

1) Every Single Loli - No joke. I know Asian women can appear very young despite their age, but I don't care for lolis. This because often times they are portrayed as tiny little girls. The only tolerable ones are the ones with big tits that clearly aren't normal, as if part of the anime trope of being a late developer or hundreds of years old. We all embellish fantasies that aren't real, but for me.... Depicting such youth especially in a erotic game?... Just no! An immediate turn off for me. Get the fuck out with that shit and give me a WOMAN!

2) Calla - Her design is just so awkward to me. Every single form she has, it just doesn't flow all that well and affects the overall attractiveness of her.

3) Gaillairdia - This one is barely on here for one reason only: her bloomed artwork. An overall fun character with a sexy erotic scene showing an ass to die for.... suddenly became a pom-pom wielding anorexic cheerleader. With those ribs sticking out, I would be scrambling to get the poor girl a damn sandwich! I don't know what the heck was going through the artist's mind, but her bloomed form is a complete fail. From her nauseating anorexic body to almost cartoonish "derp" facial expression, it is such a disappointment. Out of all the event girls, this one's bloomed artwork deserves a do-over the most. Otherwise she's a great girl and I keep it on her 2nd form's art.

4) Fatsia - Dull, bored expression wearing the tired old Japanese girl school uniform trope is exactly that: boring. Just not a very interesting girl.

5) Primula - It may just be me, but she looks like the "insert generic anime girl" in any anime or game. Generic in overall design that doesn't really seem all the great to be honest.

6) Lamium - The idea of a belly-dancer is fantastic! But, and I can't believe I am actually going to say this, she is TOO OPPAI! Her tits ruin the flow of her outfit. Other girls like Geranium had huge breasts as well, but their clothing designs for the most part work well with that size. And an oppai belly-dancer is fine, but these jugs are just far too big that they detract from her clothing. Had they scaled back on those monstrosities a bit, she might very well be on my favs list instead of this one.

7) Showy Lily - You done fucked it up! I know I already threw all the lolis under the bus, but this one deserves a special place on this list. I've been waiting for so damn long for FKG to give us another glorious dark-skinned oppai woman to join the heavenly goddess ranks of beauty with Red Ginger, Thoroughwort, Moon Vine, Zephyranthus, Kurenai and Gladiolus.... and you give us this flat-chested, crossed-eyed derp faced atrocity?! You have no idea the depths of my disappointment in this.... :cursing: :angry:

Hoo boy, let's open the event list, prepare for a long one and go chronologically...
I'll be considering them mainly for their character and aesthetics in my preferred evolution stage, unless she has one that makes her an "out".

The ones that positively stand out for me:1) Tachibana - It was also my very first event girl on Nutaku, at a time I wasn't even strong enough to get her fully unlocked (and when stage medal-based events were still a thing). Visually speaking, I'm glad there's a girl who shows that adult women don't need to be busty to be cute, which seems to be an annoying trend for such games. Plus, her weapon is fairly unique.

2) Leschenaultia - Her appearance may not stand out, but I like how she can wear a full-length frilly skirt and look neat in it. She is also unique in the fact that she actually has doubts whether pests are all that evil and likes drawing them. Her special attack also looks good.

3) Hypericum - A clumsy ninja that tends to sneeze at exactly the wrong moments, tries to turn everything into a jutsu and has a running animation where she trips over a banana peal. The smile-inducing factor is strong in this one. :)

4) Canna - She's an earnest worker that knows the value of money with lots of energy, a Kansai accent and gives off a feeling of a Japanese festival.

5) Dipladenia - Even after being hurt emotionally by a lot of men, it's really heartwarming to see her put her trust in the Commander and finally learn what love is actually about. She has a showy outfit, but it's not vulgar which is a plus and she has an unusual weapon with a good special attack animation.

6) Mirabilis / Four'o'clock - Even though she tends to underestimate herself, in Commander's company she gains some self-confidence. As far as I know, she's the only girl with heterochromia (different eye colors) in the game.

7) Robinia / Black Locust - She's one of the most elegant event girls I can remember ingame. It's nice to hear how passionately talks about music.

8) Sandersonia - She has the most sensitive sense of hearing out of all the flower knights and I find it cute how she says that she likes the Commander's voice or the sound of his footsteps or heartbeat. She has a colorful outfit, that (other than in the 2nd form) looks fitting to her hobby of singing and ringing the bells, which can also be seen in her expression while using her special attack.

9) Holly - She has a cute holiday-themed outfit, without going over-the-top. It may be a detail, but I can't really remember other flower knight designs where the dominant color is brown, maybe other than Snapdragon. In character, I find it unique how she doesn't want to show her true feelings, hiding them away and having a conformistic way of dealing with others, except for her best friend Poinsettia and, in time, the Commander, both of whom are trying to teach her to trust others more. Other than that, she likes to dance in her idle and victory animations.

10) Buttercup / Ranunculus - She seems to be plain, but I think that may be her strong point. I like her "female knight" look - simple clothes with armor elements. Character-wise she can take care of others and has enough energy to keep up with her best friend - Delphinium, despite admitting she's not the sharpest tool in the shed.

11) Russelia - That giant book she wields as a weapon really makes her stand out. I also like her hairstyle - it really fits the term "fiery". It's also nice to hear her talk about her hobby, traveling.

12) Belladonna - It seems to be heavily implied she is a vampire, even though she herself denies it. It's not stopping her from having a almost hypnotic influence on everyone, including the Commander. One more elegant event girl, who wields a gun and shadows, cementing her similarities to vampires even more.

13) Gazania - As, it turns out, we all agree, she gives off a really nice pirate vibe. She serves as the navigator for Water Hyacinth's pirate crew and even if she's loyal to her, bordering on love, she also lets the Commander into her heart and isn't following anyone blindly.

14) Ficaria / Lesser Celandine - Her looks are based on Japanese celestial beings, what with her furisode (if I'm not mistaken) and the floating hagoromo. I like that even though she starts of being shy and dependent on Serissa, she makes an active effort to be more confident and outgoing.

15) Trailing Abutilon - Matching a bit with Tachibana, she is another woman with short hair and without an absurd bust size that simply looks cute. She has an amusing character trait where she tries to predict what will happen next, which she often uses to guess what the Commander is about to say, showing a bit what she wishes to hear.

16) Lamb's Ear - In her first evolution stage, she has one of the most fitting winter outfits out of all the flower knights I currently remember. Her sheep based design is cute and her special attack looks oddly fitting and amusing. She tends to over-analyze when the Commander treats her nicely, but when caught she stubbornly says she isn't having any improper thoughts.

17) Asian Bleeding Heart - One of the few flower knights who actually has a bit of story behind her. She used to date her previous Commander, up until he sacrificed himself to save her from a sneak pest attack when she called him to confess. After that, she decided not to voice her wishes anymore, fearing it will bring bad luck to someone else. Her appearance looks a bit unhappy, which fits the story. After some time she decides to trust the Commander and once again express her wishes. Other than that, she has a unique weapon (a fishing rod) and a little sister that is crazy about her.

18) Curry Plant - Her first evolution form has a nice boyish look ad she uses eating utensils as a weapon, which I haven't seen in anything since Toriko. :p

19) Sweet William - She's an actress who's usually given the role of the prince, which shows also fits all the grandeur with which she usually acts and speaks. Looking at her evolutionary stages, it can be seen how she is trying to appear more womanly under the influence of the Commander.

20) Spring Star - She really stands out, even among the girls with a bigger backstory to them. Initially she tries to kill the Commander, blaming him for the death of her parents because of a pest that slipped through an extermination. In order to get under his command she trained really hard. She begins to have mixed feelings about it after getting to know the Commander and seeing how he's really like. After it turns out that the one responsible for the failed subjugation was a different commander, she gives up on her revenge and decides to stay with the Commander, atoning for what she was trying to do, which can be seen in her alternative 5* form. Her appearance seems to bit apathetic, matching the story and showing the contrast with her true feelings in the end.

21. Azalea - I like her for the fact that we actually got to know her before she became a flower knight, in a story where she needed to show big determination to win against the pests she eventually ran across. I also have a bit of a story with her name, as I was translating the first comic she appeared in and her English name was not mentioned anywhere. The direct translation showed that she should be named Rhododendron, but Nutaku already used that name for a different flower knight. The second best choice was Azalea, which I used in the comic and it turned out I was right, which made me feel a bit like I was the one who named her. :)

22. Adenium - She has a cool, hero-like appearance, which also matches how the kids of the ingame world see her. She is always trying to live up to those expectations, while actually having some different thoughts of her own.

23. Rainbow Rose - While I don't remember much of her story, she deserves her credits for being possibly the only flower knight who's based on a flower that was the result of a human experiment. Interestingly enough, she has her own meaning in the flower language. Her design is really colorful without going overboard which is also a big plus.Whew, that about does it for the plus side. There are a few other ones that I like among the less noticeable ones, but they are more "OK" than "standing out".

I can't really say I dislike any of the flower knights. There are however those that despite having good points to them, also have some specific characteristics which would make me not delegate them as vice-commanders.

My least favorite event flower knights:1) Lavender - As much as I like her visually and could even get behind a yandere girl, I can't approve of her always snapping when the Commander pays attention to other girls.

2) Mountain Lily - Despite her popularity here, I need to put her on this side of the list. The thing I don't like about her is her blind faith, bordering on fanaticism, in everything that Casablanca does/says, even to the point of scaling a mountain in Winter Rose in her usual clothes under the guise of training.

3) Moon Vine - For me, she's the poster child of mismatched looks and voice in this game.

4) Geranium - Quite obviously, her bust simply looks way too large for her stature. A bit of a pity, because I generally like her character and how she insists on being Fritillaria's friend and constantly reminding her of that.

5) Southern Cross - She has only one glaring minus for me - her second form is the single greatest example of why losing clothes on evolution is a bad trend and should not be continued.

6) Calla - She's the first event girl whose clothes or pose accent her breasts in a weird way. In her case it looks like her clothes were designed as if being parted with the shoulder strap of a bag, if you get what I mean.

7) Gaillardia - Her final evolution is simply a foul. Even for a cheerleader her clothes are way too skimpy and she has visible markings on her skin (I'm not fond of tattoos).

8) Oxydendrum / Sourwood - The second girl with the same flaw as Calla. Additionally, I think her 3rd form could use more cloth area on her clothes.

9) Fatsia - Once again, a repeat of Calla.

10) Artemisia / Japanese Mugwort - And one more repeat of Calla. Plus, I'm not sure on how to feel about the way she speaks.

11) Butterfly Bush - The one thing that stands out for her is the way she laughs, which I can't say I'm a fan of.

12) Japanese Glory Bower - Her clothes are way too loose for what she has to fill them out in her 2nd form.

13) Asian Rice - I think it's a questionable design of clothes for a priestess to have only the top part of her breasts covered.

I couldn't agree more! I love her appearance, it's one of my favorite of all event girls, but her voice is probably my least favorite in the game for the sole reason that it feels the most mismatched. I definitely expected a much more mature from her.

Wood Sorrel/Oxalis:
She is an interesting kind of girl. She got Counter and 60% react. And that's pretty good on her. +30% DEf for all and Counter (with Super Counter) works well and her 60% react + skill act + life steal give her a longer life. Team her with girls like Saffron with provocation and she can make a really good job.

Apple of Sodom:
A bit less interesting but not bad at all as support. She got a strong skill act ability + negate damages. Her ATK buff are not awesome but welcomed. A good support for offensive teams.

Japanese Gentian:
Well. Another Kerria clone but a bit different. She got Skill reduction instead of defense buff. Not bad at all sinc she is a Kerria clone but not as good as Kerria or Pinkladies Maiden. Not a good choice unless you want to make a full Kerria clone team since she cost more than Pinkladies and Water Lily. And Water Liy is really easy to get with 15' stones on the whale medal shop.

Red Ginger is by far overdue for an alternate. I am not exaggerating in my stance that it is an actual travesty in the FKG community that she is not popular enough to warrant an alt, be it 5* or 6*. She's got a great character design, hot as hell body, and is an adorable character with her teddy bear and her love for children creating a fierce desire to protect them from the pests. I mean COME ON! She was one of the first 20 girls in the game and now we have over 500 characters. Some like Anemone and Cattleya have more than THREE OR MORE versions. In term of ability set, I wanted a pursuit+react girl (or at least pursuit) with a 3 target skill. But we got her with Christmas Wormwood. Now, we need a Evade+Counter girl with Life Drain. And some Pigmy Lily clones as promoted form (for someone like... MONEY TREE).

In term of alternative girls, I want more 5* versions of 6* and less 6* versions of 6*. And more 5* and 6* versions of event girls this year.
In term of precise girls, I want a new version of Tachibana. She is an old underrated girl. She needs a better form and more love.
I also wanted a Christmas Money Tree but... no. I guess no one care about her.

We passed the 100th event on the game now. That's a lot of event and a lot of event girl. So, I have a question...
Who are your favorite event girls? And who are the ones you don't like at all?

You don't need to give a specific mumber of girls. Just the ones you like or not and why. Also, Azalea Newcomer count as event girl.



Favorites event girls (with no particular order):

Mountain Lily. For me she is the best Counter event girl and the best event girl before promotion.

Tatchibana. My first event girl ever and that's why I like her. I regret she is so bad all the time. Bad bloom form, bad promoted form with that damn skill act x1.2 on 3rd turn. Why? Why they don't gave her a normal x1.2 skill act based on affection like Moonflower?

Geranium. I don't like her giant boobs and her evolved form but for some reasons she is one of my favorite event girls for a long time. I think I love her because she was the first event girl with x1.2 skill act (and one of the first 5* with that anyway). Despite her two big flaws, she has a nice design. And I like her flower anyway.

Hypericum. Favorite Ninja-loli. She is cute, funny and full of life. And she helps a lot in battle.

Holly. How can I don't like Holly? She is the best. Maybe my all time favorite event girl. She is cute, cute and cute. Above all, she got a good regular 5* version that make her usable in battles. Really nice. And obviously, I love her becuse I love how she shake her booty.

Spring Star. I dont like her commander issue at all but she has a so lovely art <3

Rainbow Rose. I can't make a favorite event girl list without Rainbow Rose. I like the idea, I like her design, I like how good she is after promotion and I like her event.

Zebrina. She has a nice and strong look. For me, she is one of the best event girls in the game with a strong self buff. And I really like her flower. I want a better 5* version of her because she deserve it.


Now, my less loved girls. Sorry girls.

Fatsia. I don't know why but I don't like her design at all. she is too meh. The typical event girl. The one you don't event care about for no reasons.

Japanese Mugwort. I never like her. She has a nice evolved and bloomed art and she is from Mint's artist (and I like Mint a lot) but... I just can't like her. I think there is something with her face.

Elder Flower. She looks so high on drugs... that's disturbing. She looks nice and she has a lovely evolved artwork but... thoses eyes... I just can't.

Easter Lily. I think her design is too simple. Too white. She really lack of something. Even some 2* looks less meh than her.

Cypress Vine. I don't like her for a simple reason. Her promoted form is too good for what she is. She looks like a totally meh and forgottable loli but she got one of the best promoted form recently. Why she looks like that? Why she can't be a good looking event girl like a lot of other ones?

I marked the two girls i have got and i have a few questions about the game in general.

Does the game work with an elemental based battle system? I assume both my Girls are from the Element Fire lol.
But it also looks like this game has a similar weapon system compared to FKG judging by those weapon icons.

Could you guys please explain this to me? I didn't play the game back then so i have absolutely no clue how the system works xD

Well it used to have both elements and weapon types. Its hard to say whats gonna happen once its released after the rework.

Generally the weapon types work(ed) in a way where certain types could attack through multiple lines, while other could not, but would confer a status buff to the unit in front of them.

Not sure if you ever played the game and know how the battle system works, but a quick rundown.

Enemies are on the right, you units are on the left.
Your units are arranged in 3 rows. How you place them in those rows depends solely on you. Only girls in the front row can attack (exception is ranged girls who can attack from second row as well). You can either auto or manually rotate the rows, usually either when the girls get damaged, or you are saving up for a big combo and want to unleash it at a certain time.
Each girls builds her own Combo meter, and once full she uses her skill which can be a anything from a Single to mass AoE attack.
With the exception of Ranged girls, all other girls in the second row use buffs on the characters in the front row.
Those buffs work always only on the character that stands directly in front of them.

Thats pretty much what I remember how it used to be. The game is down over a Year by now, and my memories are getting really hazy.
How the elements work, I dont remember anymore, but its similar system like in FKG, where certain types have damage bonuses against others.
I believe there was an Elemental wheel pop up in the game, that you could always look at and it would show you which color is strong against which.

Also - but this is a super long shot - I remember someone posted a picture with ALL the weapon type explanations and the row system here (I think it was here and not in Nutaku forum).
But considering how long its been, its gonna be buried somewhere deep in this thread.
I am sure you`ll recognize it should you stumble upon it (in which case please repost again) in case you went on a search.

Anyway thats pretty much all I can remember. As I said the game has been down for so long most of the memories of the mechanics I still posses are rather vague. I mentioned in the event thread that Treasure Rally is my least favorite event, but that got me thinking: what are your guys favorite/least favorite event? I've done 7 ones so far: Raid Boss, Gacha, Treasure Rally, Swan Boat, Card Flip, Level-Up Boss, and Poll Event (though I've only done 1 Level-Up Boss Event and 1 Poll Event, so I won't include those).

I'd say Raid Boss is my favorite. Mostly because it is really easy to complete, but also since you can keep grinding well after finishing the shop. I kinda like Swan Boat since it's really easy to complete as well (because you can just bet x100 on the winning boat everyday), but I think it's kinda boring and not very interactive. Finally, even though it's kinda grindy, I like Gacha Events because I just like doing Gacha (Guess I've just been conditioned to like doing it lol).

Least favorite is Treasure Rally because it takes actual thinking to decide which of the 4 lanes to choose. But most of all, it makes me really salty when I miss combos since I can't see what's ahead in each lane. It's like no matter what, I feel like I'm not being 100% efficient with my currency and wasting stamina.

Actually, it's slightly different on DMM. Now, we have only 5 kind of event: Raid Boss, Card Flip, Treasure Rally, Event Gacha and Sapling Raising (also known as Nae-chan event) + Poll (but it occurs only once per year for popularity voting).

My favorite event are Sappling Raising and Raid Boss. I like Raid Boss event because it's easy and it allows you to spend your stamina for other stages. And Raid Bosses are a good way to play with Keria ridiculous strenght.
I also like Sappling Raising a lot because Nae-chan and because it remind me the first one with first Nae and Azalea. One of my favorite 2018 event and maybe one of my all time favorite event.

My least favorite event is... Card Flip. It needs a LOT of currency and time to get everything and avoid Nazuna cakes. Hopefully Christmas' one don't have that much Nazuna cakes and Turn all card option helped a lot.

My very VERY favorite kind of event is Nidhogg event but since it's a side event, I can't count it. First Nidhogg event was one of the best thing I did on the game. I hope we will get event like this in 2019.

Ooh that's new, the Sapling Raising event. I'm not entirely sure what it's about, but I'm excited to play it once it comes out again. I'm also kinda disappointed they aren't doing Level-Up Boss events anymore. I only got a chance to play 2 of them and both times I was pretty new and too weak to really do anything. It seems like it'd be pretty fun, if I'm remembering them correctly.

Oh and I totally agree with the Card Flip Event being annoying since it has so much near-useless stuff like Nazuna's Cake (sorry, Nazuna). 100%-ing that event actually seems like a waste of stamina.

Level Up bosses were cool but too unbalanced. Nowdays, it would be too hard for new players and too easy for better player. I think they should rethink this concept.

Well, the day ends in about an hour here, but Merry Christmas fellow Commanders! :)

As for my preference on the event types, I guess it depends.
If there are other things to take advantage of during the event (discounted stages for example), it would be Raid Boss, as I can save stamina to do those.
If there's nothing interesting going on, I guess it would be Treasure Rally, as there is at least some minimal thought needed to be put into where on which lane you're moving.
Sapling Raising event is not far behind, as we get a Nae character to make a vice-commander out of, a Nae garden character and a Nae doll to use as a synthesis ingredient.
The remaining two are the most bland for me.
With Card Flip, they made it way too easy with the hint button, which shows what is exactly where, taking all the randomness out of it.
Event Gacha is just gacha, nothing too exciting about that.

I miss the Swan Boat races. There you would need to at least understand the predictions and minimize the amount of grinding by voting for the correct ones.
Even the general trend displayed would sometimes be wrong, so that required you to be on your toes (and know Japanese, which was probably the dealbreaker for a lot of people here).

A few reflections about those cards.
The most work went into the cards of characters that use archaic words or dialects. There were times when I needed to wing it, but I think it turned out fine.
The one who takes the cake here is Mokou, who actually used a Chinese term, which I didn't see coming.
Surprisingly, I didn't have much of problem with Cowslip's gyaru-talk this time around.
The one I found the most passionate was probably Royal Princess's card. So far I've read the cards of every 2-3* flower knight (when I have a moment I'll look at 4*'s) and hers seems to nicely stand out. :)

Well well well. the end is gonna end soon with the last event of the year. Tomorrow, we will start the new FKG year. So, I have few questions for you about this past 265 days and 26 events...

Who are your favorites girls of the year (6*, 5*, event 5* and any othergirls added since Event 76)? Who are your best surprises? What is (or are) your favorite event this year?

From this year, I really like Hare's Ear for obvious reasons. She is a gorgeous rabbit girl and an excellent girl for fight. She is one of my perma fighter, even for hardest map teams (well, I don't have enough rainbow to make a full 6* team. That's help).
I also love Straw Flower a lot. She is cute and wear a nice swimsuit but above all, she is the BEST Solar Atlar girl of the game. Great skill, great ATK buff and skill act + Altar Panel. Lie Hare's Ear, I use her on every team and her sun saved me a lot of time. Especially on Whaleship maps. I don't think they will be able to do a best Altar girl. She is just the pefection in this job.
I want to add 5* Pinkladies to this list because I like Pinkladies, I like her flower umbrella and I love her promoted form.
I also like Spring Star maid and Pickerel Weed for their art.
And my last favorite girl here is Swimsuit Holly. Just because she is a good 5* version of Holly and she allows me to use my dear little Holly (with original skin) with best stats, skill and abilities than the event version. I hope dev will do this for the other event girls.


As event girl, with no surprise, my favorite of the year is Rainbow Rose. I like everything of her. The idea, her design, her promoted form, her event... The best thing is her white eyebrows, reminding that her hair color is fake, like her flower's color. Usingmostly white and black on her clothes for a rainbow girl is also a great idea. Now I want enough shards to promote her...
Zebrina desserve a special mention since I'm sure she is the best choice to help a beginner in the first battles. Despite being a weak event 5*, she has great self buff to reach regular 5* level.


My best surprise this year is Maid Cowslip. As first sight, i thought she was just good but not that much whit her strange ability set. But now, I realised she is the best partner for Kerria and Pinkladies during long battles. Her +50% ATK and +45% damages are awesome and Negate damages helps a lot on every harder maps. I got two of them with the 55x mechanic and in my infinite stupidity I fuse them instead of rise both of them. Now, i regret it more than everything in that game. Two of them would be so good for the hard stuff.
My other surprises are Colchicum and Kugaisou because they are free 6* (or almost free) but they stay as good as other 6* and even better than somes. Thanks devs for thoses gifts.


About the events, my favorite (and all time favorite with Flowers to the Wasteland, the first Nae event) is The Thousand-Footed Nidhogg. I loved this one so much. I really like the tension of this one and that felling of World's end with everyone fighting side by side against the waves of the Giant Pest minions. That's the one and only true multiplayer thing in the game where every player works for a common aim. I still like when Nidhogg shows up but event don't fit the mood anymore :(.
My second favorite one is The Miracle of Pyroxene After the Rain, Rainbow Rose's event. I really like that rainy atmosphere over Lilywood with thoses funny Umbrella Trees. And during this event, I had a non-stop rainy week in the real world. Perect time to do a rainy event. And obviously, it's Rainbow Rose's event. During this time, everyones was hiped by her promotion form and how good she became.

Favourite Gacha 6*:
JOSEPHINE!!!...errr...i mean...Corn Cockle. One of my most beloved Girls. I mean every Girl who gives her weapon a name, takes good care of her weapon and is an absolute beauty is a win in my book. I also really like her speech pattern and her voice.

Honourable Mention: Scotch Broom (Christmas)
Second favourite 6* this year. Nice outfit, soft voice, good H-Scene and i wanted Scotch Broom for a long time. Now i have got her Christmas Version. And Christmas is my favourite time of the year btw :)

Favourite Event Girl:
Rainbow Rose without a doubt. I like the concept of an artifically coloured flower, she looks good, likes kids and is an awesome unit after promotion.
I want her Bloomed Form now!!!

Honourable Mention:
Winter Cherry. She has a nice body, is a more serious person, dedicated to training and in my opinion a good waifu candidate.

Favourite Gacha 5*:
There are quite a few. All of them simply for aesthetic reasons.
Hare's Ear, Showy Evening Primrose, Rough Potato, Night Phlox (Christmas), Worm Wood (Christmas)

Favourite Event this year:
Thousand-Footed Nidhogg

Same as maotd. It felt a little bit more tense than other events (Armageddon and all that jazz) and it's the only event where i really felt like my girls are some kind of awesome heros :love:

A year rewind, eh? Let's see...

Starting with 6*, there's Stock, who I managed to pull twice out of the same 10+1 roll, grabbing a place in our hall of fame here. :D
Next, there's also Maid Cowslip, who I really like for her character, as we don't have any other gyaru-girls who are so frank about their charm points, it seems somewhat like a parody. :)
I'm grateful for the luck I managed to squeeze out to get the my other this-year rainbows: Walnut, Nightshade (Halloween) and Scotch Broom (Christmas).
As for the rainbows I don't have, it was nice to meet two new queens of the game world: Japanese Anemone and Pygmy Water Lily.
Pygmy Water Lily was even more interesting, since she has the added gimmick of ruling over Lotus Lake's Floating City, while Lotus rules over the Underwater part, making her part of a queen-duo.
Their helpers (Rabbit-ear Iris and Blood Iris) being sisters was also a nice touch.

Moving on to the gacha 5*, there were a few memorable ones.
Heavenly Flower's Young Lady Pinkladies had interesting quotes, making her seem a bit more childish than I expected, yet affectionate at the same time.
Kitsune no Botan may be somewhat overlapping in character with Kuko or Lion's Ear (another this-year arrival), but I like how they made her a fox-girl from birth.
A pleasant surprise was Maid Spring Star, who got an extension to her already unique backstory, in trying to atone for what she was doing in the past.
Personally, I liked Gourd and how open she was in trying to start a family with Commander.
Oregano was a bit of a surprise for me. Since I was rolling to get Maid Cowslip during the x55 promo, I got about 7 of her, which was exactly enough to fully unlock her, making her the first non-event 5* who I fully unlocked.
Pot Marigold was a nice touch, being the long-lost sister of Calendula and having a few serious moments for herself.
Worm Wood's return was a pleasant surprise as I really like her color scheme.

If it's about event girls, I'll agree on Rainbow Rose standing out here the most.
It's not like all the other event girls were unlikable, as there were interesting ones (like the hero Adenium, the mad scientist Chinese Lacquer Tree or the peeing-under-pressure Zebrina), but Rainbow Rose was the most memorable, mainly for her design.

As for the favorite event, I'll also agree on the Nidhoggr one. The first one was so hard I couldn't even clear all the stages. :p

Speaking of surprises, the first one needs to be the mentioned x55 promo for Maid Cowslip.
The second one that comes to my mind would be the ending story missions of season 1. A few of them were quite unique and refreshing. :)

Well for the 2018 year in review, there were so many great girls that it was tough enough to just narrow them down to my ultimate best. So you'll have to forgive me as most cases there is at least a tie. Here is what I thought on those mentioned categories:

Favorite 6* - Japanese Anemone and Paphiopedilum. Japanese Anemone is just pure Japanese elegance to me in her design and beauty, fitting for a queen after all. Her animations look wonderful too. Paphi was also just as incredible with her warrior ferocity and a badass sword. Really came off to me as one of the best "knight" looking girls in FKG.

Favorite Event Girl - Adenium and Winter Cherry. Both of these girls are just so beautiful with their colorful designs that they really epitomized the "flower" part of FKG. They are both so lovely to look at.

Favorite Event 5* - Christmas Tiger Lily and Christmas Worm Wood. Two of my favorite 5* girls in the entire game with Christmas alts? Done! Tiger Lily made sure I was the only one for her by coming to me 5 times when rolling. Worm Wood tried to be evasive once again, but ultimately came home. So thrilled to have these 2 beauties home for the holidays!

Biggest surprise of the Year - 10! Yes, 10 natural rainbows dropping this year for me. The only rainbow I really actively went after was Japanese Anemone. Several of which happened when I was only trying for the golds of some events. It still surprises me how they kept coming.

Favorite Event - I honestly don't have a problem with any of the event types, with the exception that I am a bit disappointed they gave the handicap on the card flip to let you know which cards are the important ones. That kind of kills the point of a card flip game. So I'll have to go off an event's overall aesthetics coupled with the event girls. I'd have to go with the the two past events for Christmas. They made everything so festive and easily 7 of the 8 girls during these 2 events were amazing that I wanted each one.


Hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May the gacha luck faeries rain their blessing down on all of us in 2019 so we can get our desired waifus. I will still hold out hope that my chocolate OPPAI waifu will finally come in 2019.

I never thought i would say that but now there is an addition to the game i really don't like:
The new material which allows you to limit break your Rainbows is way too expensive. 400 Rainbow Medals just to get one girl to level 100 is ridiculously overpriced in my opinion. It's only for harcore whales i guess.

I hope that won't be necessary to beat future maps further down the line. If so that would be troublesome. But i speculate too much again...

So threw 100 Gems on the new gacha, got the one red haired girl I didnt really care about and the rest was pure salt.
The gacha has been quite the ass lately.

Personally I dont like the idea that this last update is going with.
So far DMM has been rather generous, with its FTP model, and there was no real "soft lock" for progression if you didnt pay.

This however changes things from consumer friendly to P2W. And before anyone says anything > Dont try.
I`ve been following the whole EA/Blizzard/Bethesda/Dozens of MMoS monetary plan, loot boxes, content locked behind paywall, etc etc etc for a long while and I know to pick up on it when I see it.
While this update doesnt have to mean anything, it certainly has the bad stink associated with these types of schemes.
In short I dont like it.

But granted since I cant understand the story anyway its not like I care for future maps that much. Just keep on doing my stuff, collecting waifus and all, until eventually I get bored of it one day in the future. So I quess I dont have to worry about it that much, but admittedly I will abstain from spending more on the game for now. (thus passing on the 200 RC deal, which I did pick up last time it was around)

Now as far as the event girls go, they are all cute. I didnt recognize Accaccia at all, until I read it in the text box. They are all cute, fairly high detailed artworks so I am a pleased mofu :3

Plus that dragon Nae fairy .... omg thats much adorbs. I hope they give an option to get her for your garden :3

They should at least reduce the price to upgrade one girl to max to 200 Rainbow Medals. It would still be expensive but not as bad as it is atm.

Ok i was able to beat both maps. i had to change my teams quite a bit. Kuko and Habranthus with their Shield Ability once again proved their worth. Without them i think i wouldn't have been able to beat those maps. Kerria and Rainbow Rose were also Critical for my success. They provided much needed damage.

So you've paid for like 1500 medals. I've had 2 rainbow dupes and gotten like every free d medal since they're been added and I'm only slightly over 500 total rainbow medals. It's been about a year since they added them and so far there's no sign of them coming at an increased rate. Maybe it will get better but it's still just a lazy system that just looks like a money grab right now. You can buy 22k total team power for 2k rainbow medals. The bonuses aren't even unique or catered to girls kits. You would think if they're adding some new system it wouldn't just be the 3000/1000/400 amp bonus, but it is.

I don't like that level break system too. It's too expensive and above all, it needs one of the most rare and precious currency of the game. I thought it would be something like promotion with it's own currency but nope. Not at all. If at least it raise your girl by 20 level at once for 100 R-medals... it would be still expensive but you can buy it for your waifu.
I will not say it's a whale thing. It is one like 6* promotion or the whole R-medal system. But unlike others, this one is just bad. since regular player will never throw so much currency just to max level his favorite girl.
Also, I wonder how it works with ally teams? Girls will stay capped to 80 on ally team if you don't have one above this level yourself?
Anyway, I think this thing will stay just an option like promotion and will not become a thing you absolutly need to play in the future. But I'm okay, this system is a fail right now.


About girls...
Cherry Sage New Year is interesting. Why not. Skill Act, ATK on bosses and Hit Weakness are a good combo.
The new Sakaki has a really nice look.
I don't like the new Acacia at all. She don't have that cute and calm charm like the regular one. But with her high skill act and high damage buff + really good skill, she can be strong in battles.
Skaneberry has an interesting design. I like it. After promotion, she become an Easter Helenium like, with a single target skill. Why not. That's not awesome but pretty good I think.
The promoted girl of the week is Cornflower. She is a mix of React girl and Solar Blast girl. Meh.



Also the only stage you really need to pay to win right now in my opinion is Whale-ship stage.
Developer dosen't force you to play it. So just ignore Whale-ship then you will be fine.
Whale ship? I don't think they are so pay to win. Or even pay to win at all. The Manta stages are hard yes. And you need a lot of strong girls. But you don't need more than you can get for free.
The new Swordfish stages are more easy to farm imho.

For me the only really hard stages for whales are the Re Aqua Shadows and thoses 640k TP maps (and now thoses 690k TP maps but Iwonder if they are not a way to test some good player/whales power...).


And we have another Crit Girl gacha. May be interesting for some of us. Maybe I will spend some FG for huge salt. Maybe not.

Cleared the first new super hardest 690TP map. It was hard. Thanks to Kerria and Heavenly flower Pinkladies. The second one is way to hard for me. I don't know how I'm supposed to do this without Rainbow Rose or someone to give Magic Weakness to Kerria & Pinkladies (and even with this, I don't know how I'm supposed to survive a 1 hit KO attack from that punk pest).

I finally got to read the notes (the holiday season has been keeping me really busy, sooo...)

Going a little further down, the section in red text mentions ways to obtain it, adding that the devs are planning to implement materials, possibly exchangeable with Thousand Flower Medals / 千花繚乱の勲章, Life Crystals / 生命の結晶, and other sources in the future, that will enable us to refine them into the limit breaker.

I was initially taken aback by the rainbow medal cost, but I realized I shouldn't be bothered by it... also to quote an in-game ally of mine (wiki's head honcho) from Discord:

Personally, I'd just look at it as a top-tier waifu investment item for now (similar to rainbow equipment flowers, which are pretty much the only paywalled item), if anything. Having already cleared every possible stage leading to this point, the extra +4.4k stats will just be gravy to me.

Non-whales are much better off spending medals to get new rainbows, of course.

I I understand well, it's 1000 Life Crystals / 10oo FG for the material needed to craft the Nae-dragon. Not for the entire Nae-dragon. And, if you can buy thoses items with Roses Medals from Nidhogg battles, it will be very limited like Super ampules, unlike the 20Nae-dragons from R-medals.

Kurenai wrote something about 1000 Flower Medals / Life Crystals so i assumed that it would be possible to craft just one dragon (we need 4 to maximize a girl) for 1000 Life Crystals. It's just speculation on my part, nothing more.

If devs go with that i would be fine with that solution. 4000 Life Crystals would be a lot to max a girl but it's much more manageable than spending rare and precious Rainbow Medals for it.

Another Solution would be to increase the amount of Rainbow Medals we get for a 5* and 6* dupe. I mean 2 Rainbow Medals per dupe is quite low as it is atm.

For context, "Thousand" (千) is part of the currency's name (千花繚乱の勲章), rather than an actual amount. This is the currency we earn from Nidhogg's time-limited dungeons.

In the patch, there is only mention of what currencies may be used to obtain the needed material/s in the future, not how many will be needed.

Honestly, I would wish for a series of puzzle-like maps, where you first get a planning phase and then the execution phase.
During the planning phase, you would be able to see the map and see where, for example, cannons or door switches are located and estimate what kind of squads you'd need to proficiently clear the map. There might also be additional objectives (for example, pick up an item from a specific path) or some initial conditions (for example, specific or all squads start off with only 5% health).
Then the execution phase would put that plan into action. Considering the situation, the less used abilities, like more cannon shots or heal on pest nodes could have more screentime.
All in all, it would be nice to have a logical challenge in the game. :p It's been kind of lazy on that side since you can just click "start" on every event map and 3-medal it from the get go.

I doubt we'll be getting something like this, but with the current addition of those 690k maps, it's clearly visible that the challenge in this game is only about pulling as many rainbows as your luck allows, which I'm not so fond of. It'd be great if we would need to use our wits as Commanders to put up strategies, making the challenge less luck-based and more effort-based. That is probably too ambitious for such a game though. :p

For ampule farming, it may have new Whaleship missions. After all this time, they have done it for 2nd affection gifts.

Then, I want better gacha rates for all the gacha. The current event ones are not that bad but they need to apply it on EVERY gacha. On Nutaku, they made an event gcha with no 3* for the current event gacha (maybe only for Christmas, maybe it was another bug). We need something similar on DMM, at least for the current event gacha.
I want a new kind of event. Swan Boat races are dead. We need something else to replace them.
Maybe more 6* promotion per weeks. 2 old golds + 1 old event gold each two weeks is a bit low. And unlike blooming, you can't promote one girl while you wait for your waifu promotion form. Yu must just wait and pray every two weeks.

And obviously, a special reward for salt pot on gacha roll. You got R-medals for dupe gold or rainbow but nothing at all for silver or bronze pot. Devs know that 4* and 3* are trash and how silver pots are salty, even more than dupe. But they don't give anything. It could just be a little Rainbow Shard bonus. We don't need a lot. Just a little something to make gacha fails less painful.

My personnal favorites:
Like most of us, I guess, my favorite over the favorite is Moneti (https://flowerknight.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Artist:Moneti), the one behind... Kerria, Red Spider Lily, Dahlia, Royal Water Lily, Poppy, Veronia, Green Bell and many others. I knew him even before I ear about FKG and I'm glad he did so many girls. I hope he will do some other in the future...

The second one is certainly TAKTO (https://flowerknight.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Artist:TAKTO), the one behind Camelia, Ume, Sakurarara, Acacia and many MANY others. I really like his way to draw light effect and shining armors. Most of his girls also have really nice colors. I'm really glad he's still here as artist, even if I'm not fan of the last New Year's Acacia.

The last one and my recent favorite artist is yuui (https://flowerknight.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Artist:yuui). He (or she?) is the one behind Pinkladies, Hare's Ears and the new Sakaki (and Beloperone & Japanese Anemone). I love the hairs, sweet faces and details on the clothings.

I also want to mention Emia (https://flowerknight.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Artist:Emia), the one behind Spring Star and Pickerel Weed. Thoses girls are just adorable.

Honestly, I can't really contribute much to this question, as I don't really look at the artists behind the designs.
There aren't really any who stand out for me, maybe a few I'm not fond of - though only for the design decisions, not the overall art style.

It's kind of hard to judge artstyle, so I just use the girls that the artists drew and see who I really like.

1. Moneti
No doubt for me, every single Flower Knight they drew is amazing. I don't have to even list them individually because I can say with 100% certainty that all of them are top-tier and are the most beautiful in the game. The way Moneti draws the eyes for their Flower Knights makes them especially gorgeous. Also, they draw some of my favorite H-Scenes.


2. Utsurogi Akira
Another person whose Flower Knights almost all rank highly on my list (Apple of Sodom, Ardisia, Balloon Vine, Cattleya, Gardenia, and Night Phlox just off the top of my head). They just draw really good busty women, which are my favorite. Also, good H-Scenes.


3. TAKTO
I think TAKTO drew the most Flower Knights in the game, so that gives them an advantage, Nevertheless, every single one all of them is really good. Notable girls for me include: Fir, Bergenia, Stewartia, Chinese Lantern, and my utmost favorite girl in the game: Habranthus. TAKTO also draws a lot of "fan"art of their Flower Knights, which gives them an inherit advantage (and also where I got my profile picture from! (https://twitter.com/_takto_/status/895597095523983360)). Finally, TAKTO drew what is to me the single most attractive non-Moneti girl in the entire game, Thoroughwort Bloom:

4. Sugimeno
If you look at which artist drew the most popular girls, it would probably be Sugimeno. They drew Anemone, Oncidium, and Ionocidium. They also drew one of my personal favorites, Anthurium. Just really cute girls all around. Also, of all the lolis in the game, I probably dislike Sugimeno's the least.


There's a bunch of others who I love too: CloverWorkshop, Kurot, Fujishima, Kintarou, Naruse Hirofumi.

I finished all the Re: Aqua Shadows missions. Everything in the game is done except some ultimate 640k missions.

Saffron+Maid Cowslip+Colchicum+Pinkladies+Kerria is my Finisher team. Once everyone is dead, they are the ultimate solution and win condition.
Easter Helenium+Halloween Peony+Kugaisou+Valentine Lavender+Summer Pumkin is my Half Crit damage dealer team. Just here to do as much damage has possible to make finisher's job easier.
And Pink Miko is my best 5* girl. She came from the Counter team and she deserve to represent the team for her awesome job.

500 rainbow medals remaining. Will most likely go for Shiro chan, but due to the lack of Ampys I will wait on that one. Maybe RnG will deliver her before that.

"Osusume" which is written in the top left corner means "recommended", so it may take some team properties into consideration when making the choice (or just max lvl, I can't say at this point).

Centy is a bit expensive with 100 Petit Centies needed. But why not. For 6 FG you can get 60% of a Centy each two weeks. If you don't use FG, it should take something like 3 months to get one. It's not that bad for something you should get with R-medals.

About girls.
6* Loli seems interesting. Not the best Crit girl but still good. But just one thing... why? Why her skill effect have such BIG FATTY FAT pixels? Why they can't do well detailed skills for everyone?
Twinspur is a bit meh. Not bad but not good. She reminds me Star Cluster but less interesting.
White Gaura. She is not really good in battle but she remains my favorite girl here. Relly cute belly dancer. I want her on my alt (and abviously, I got Twinspur...). For some reasons, with her green hairs, she looks like a Fire Emblem girl. That's good.
Pontederia, the event girl. I like her. she is like Zebrina, slightly less good but ith a slightly better look. Her promoted form is not awesome but she could be a nice 6*. Actually, I even thought she was the 6* at first sight (before that 99% affection hear aside her bring me back to reality.

As new promoted girl we got... Nymphea (aka Egyptian Water Lily) and she is not bad at all. A nice Debuff girl with Skill act and Def buff. And she has a cool 5* version to use as better sprite.

And the new 3* Sanvitalia... She would be loved by certain persons here but... what the fuck with thoses boobs? It's over Geranium level. How could it be possible? And her evolved form is a bit too much. I'm not fan at all.

A question for all those that managed to beat the new highest-difficulty missions: could you write what was your team setup for them (as detailed as possible)?
Since time is ticking away and it would be a shame to miss the rewards, I'll be thinking about reorganising my team to tackle those missions and I'd appreciate new ideas. :p

Since I have 200+ rainbow medals at this moment, I can level one of my rainbows to 100. I can also fully ancient-ampy her if such a need appears. So far, the top contender for this is probably Saffron, as she's usually the survivor of the hardests fights.

Since I can't assemble a full party of rainbows, I'll need to mix in some golds. Which strategy would work best here? Would dodge+counter be good?

Note that even with that setup, you will need a lot of tries and luck on skill activation/crit and evasion. I tried the two stages to be sure and I loose on lack of luck. Even with full rainbow team and maw everything, thoses monsters are able to oneshot every girl (even Kerria with ampies, lvl85 and +105% DEF).

And I didn't put that much effort don't worry. I wanred to present this squad for a while. It was the perfect occasion :)

Yeah, it seems I'm just not strong enough to do those high-difficulty missions.
Counter, evade + counter, attack drop, solar drive, total power - none of those strategies make any major change to the outcome, which in the best case was about 2/5 of the last boss's HP in the end.
Theoretically I still could try level breaking and ancient amping, but I don't think a maxed-out Saffron would make much of a difference when dodges really don't happen in this fight and the boss is able to one shot the rest of the team in the first retaliation.
I only hope these missions will come back at one time so as not to lose those ancient ampies.

Too bad this happened before the 4th anniversary events, since the target of my FG stacking - the discounted gacha - has a chance to appear.

According to the wiki, the upper stage's final boss has a 200% attack buff. Evasion or other forms of negation are the only option to survive attacks. Attack debuffs are worthless there. Rainbow Rose + Burning Bush, evade tank and others killed the final boss in two turns after several tries. The other three teams were only there to kill the first wave.

The lower stage has large accuracy buffs and a lack of attack buffs. Attack debuffs are the obvious thing to use while evades are ineffective.

I struggled a bit with those too.

Had to rearrange my teams to prioritize single target nukers being protected over anyone else.
A Barrier girl is absolutely indispensable in this fight as she negates one of those insta killing attacks.
Then its just praying to RnJesus that all your girls activate their Ultimates.

I didnt want to do that, but I had to finish leveling up girls that I was keeping around L50+- as I was leveling them with Ampys only. Those extra stat point for hitting L80 did a lot. Plus I had to go crazy, hunting for Crit buffing Equipment in the Whale shop, and Leveling that up as well.
Had to run the maps several times until the RnG hit and all the girls activated as necessary.

*I wish I had known that the 55x gacha for a Rainbow was a one time thing and will not become a regular reoccurring thing. Had I known that Cowslip would be super useful in these two maps for her Barrier skill shielding one more team. If I had a Barrier on the 2 strongest crit teams instead of just the main kill squad, this would have been made oh so much easier. I do regret not doing that gacha a lot, but there was no indication thats its gonna be a one off the way it has been implemented.

*Funny thing - Azalea 6*, was the tiny WiP of those fights. From her team she always survived as the last one. Always activated her ult despite her Skill lvl being still 1 (not enough Skill Blooms) and that Ult always crit and most of the times did just enough to push the Boss fight from 1st phase to the 2nd one. I was very impresed by the cute little Magician being so stubbornly dedicated to her task :D
*Plus I could see just how big the gap is between rainbows who have above 40 Evade, to some like Iono who have only 40. Anything below 50 Isnt worth it.

I have one last idea how to build up the teams to tackle those maps which I will try out later today.
This time I'll try to focus on destroying the first two waves asap and using a specific strategy for the last fight, having the last team being not the most powerfull one, opposite to what I tried so far.
The only question is whether they'll be powerfull enough to handle the last wave.

The one on the left was the top pick from the first batch of characters. Took around 3-4 weeks until she finally graced me with her presence. Since then up to this day 3 more dupes came along.

The one on the right was like a elusive rare gem. I got most of the pre-reg gacha girls to pop out some even came again and again. But there were 3 that never appeared. Out of those 3 rare ones this one was the the I wanted from the second pre-reg character reveals. Never gave up hope and kept pulling every single bloody day, but finally FINALLY ! On a different note, I actually managed to clear the two missions.
Though I'm not gonna lie, I had BS-level luck rolls eventually - then again it took me about 6h to get them.
I also maxed out Saffron in the end - max level and ancient ampied.

I wonder what these medals will be used for in the end. I haven't found any info on it in their notes, though maybe I just didn't search well enough.
If they will be useful for something then these kind of missions should not be time restricted, or should at least reappear regularly with the same state we left them at, maybe as a way to gauge the maximum team strength we can put out at the moment.

Honestly, the game really needed a challange but I think that was the wrong way to go about doing it.
This way is really disadvantageus to f2p players, as they probably don't have a full team of rainbows to clear these kind of stages.
Let's be real - they can set the map up to favor girls with dodge, but what's the point if 5* deal silly damage in return?

There are two ways I can think of improving this.
One would be to keep this difficulty level but introduce a mechanism where if the player has chosen the correct way to clear the map, the knights get some sort of reasonable boost outside their normal abilities, that would make them at least viable. That way we could use our 5*, that everyone has (considering the event girls) as long as we consider their strengths and weaknesses.
The other would be my previous idea of making it a logical puzzle instead of a strength-based one. Make it so we need to assemble multiple teams with the correct speeds and abilities (and reasonable strength) to work together well enough to perfectly clear a map. A lot of girls would then find their use - maybe we would need more cannon shots on some maps possibly to damage some wall well enough to pass through it, maybe we would need to shield a team from small pests coming at them with other teams, maybe we would need to press switches at the correct order by having specific teams have the speed panel ignoring ability... They could really work with this.

Well I am sure we will see a use for the medals sooner or later. Remember Rainbow Medals ? No one knew what they are for in the first few weeks after implementing them.
Maybe they will be used as alternate currency for the Limit Break Dragon Nae chan (mofu :3), Considering that the Limit Break should be relatively rare thing for the most end game teams, and as such it should be fairly rare to do, it might be it. After all there are always multiple ways to get stuff in FKG, which is one of its best features.

There's a new type of fairy that raises the max level by 5 for a girl that is already on her max lvl.
You can buy some for FGs in the exchange tab.
There are also smaller fairies available on other tabs that can be exchanged for a big fairy with a 100:1 ratio. They look like small, pink-ish dragons.

Awakening Dragon Centy1 / 覚醒竜 センテイ, the new material that was shown in yesterday's stream, serves as a limit break material. Each dragon costs 100 25 rainbow medals. 20 pieces are available. They're also tradeable for an indefinite period, as with rainbows in the Rainbow Medal exchange.

Each LB dragon will raise the max level of a fully-leveled rainbow (native or rarity-promoted) by +5, up to +20. For every 5 levels, the unit gains 1,100 stat points (broken down into +750 HP, +250 ATK, and +100 DEF). Four LB dragons are needed to max one unit from level 80 to 100, at the cost of 400 100 rainbow medals, sooo......

1 "Centy" is possibly a reference to the Latin word "centum," which represents the number "100" (being the new max level cap)

Also, Naae is ナーエ; Centy is センティ. They're 2 distinct entities and, thus, have different names.

New bloomed artworks. Worm Wood is really nice. I like it. Nightshade is nice too. And Pinkladies... Pinkladies. I already like her a lot but now... her bloomed artwork is just amazing. She is just perfect.

And new promoted girls. No Money Tree as expected.
Poinsettia: Just a Solar Blast buff + Evade girl with ATK buff. Nothing awesome.
Christmas Apricot: Evade+Counter girl with an interesting ATK Debuff but with no DEF buff. She can still be interesting with alot of other 6* with DEF buff.
Fatsia: Meh. Don't worth it. She has 60% re-act, that interesting. +30% ATK & DEF... meh. And ATK buff for all based on girls own DEF don't worth it at all. She really need more abilities to be better.

No really good promotion for this time.

They're not all that esxpensive actually. I'd have bought 100 of them if I only had enough currency left over from the Niddhoggr event. :p
I'm sitting on 90-something of them now.

On a different note, for those interested in the newest Aqua Shadow stages - if you want your teams to catch the boosts before the shadows,
modify your squads to have approximately these speeds:

1 - 822
2 - 566
3 - 570
4 - 450

The first squad will then be the one to use these boosts, so either make sure it is strong enough to put them to good use, or weak enough to only use one of them and pass them over to the next squad (if you have problems achieving that speed with a strong squad).

EDIT:
Interestingly enough, these speeds work fine only on the web version.
On the mobile version one pink boost gets taken by a shadow team.
It seems the item collision works a bit differently on the mobile version.

For their third anniversary, DMM FKG had a discounted gacha - the full roster available for 30 gems for an 11-roll (3 for a single one).
Ignoring the one time promotion of "roll the gacha 55 times and get the rainbow for free" that was the only special use for FGs in a gacha I can remember.
If they'll make a comeback of that, it should be arriving next event.

Universal Equipment blooms for FGems.

Seeing as they implemented the Equipment blooms for the current gacha girls, thats all cool and dandy, but what if you get the girl AFTER she is gone from different gacha. You cant get those anymore.
And what about older girls ? There is no such a thing like Re-release of the same characters and as such these will never have the option to get purchasable blooms for FGems.

I think DMM should follow up on this idea fully, and just implement them in limited quantities, with regular shop resets. So that you can get these for your waifu or favorite girl you picked up long time ago, and it just is not possible for her to get these "Current Event blooms"

If you want Honor medals, Aqua Shadows are the best. Also, you should do Brilliant Talent Three-Flowers Casual Trip and Nazuna Costume Dungeons. Those are easy missions and gives some FG.

If it's for the said medals, I wouldn't recommend it, and it doesn't help that those stages aren't covered by a stamina reduction campaign yet. Better wait for the next update.

On the other hand, it shouldn't hurt to try your hand at Mizukage/Aqua Shadow stages. You might be able to brute-force your way to the top class / 最上級 difficulty (see highlight) in any Aqua Shadow chapter.

You're looking at 150 honor medals each time you clear that (EX difficulty drops 200), much better than the 40 you'd get from the last stage of standard Unique Missions, both of which originally consume 80 stamina (although Mizukage has discount atm, so it's better to go for that), and the 45 from the "easiest" (lol) Kodaibana stage, which uses more stamina (90) and is much harder to deal with.

By the way, you don't have to worry about losing stamina from failing or aborting a mission nowadays, although you no longer get to earn exp and gold and retain collected chests unlike before.

I tried the prologue Aqua Shadow Missions (the Sakura-Mei one) and was able to the 580,000 TP one pretty easily. But I have a question - do the different Aqua Shadow missions give different amounts? Like does the Cactace one (Chapter 1) give more than the Sakura-Mei one?

Sometimes, second personal equipement is a bit better. But it's much more interesting for girls with an alternative form with higher rarity than the base form, since you need base form's rarity aqua fragment to evolve it.
For example, for 5* Cyclamen you need 2* fragment to evolve her special equipement instead of 5* fragment used to evolve her personnal earrings.
And it don't worth it for 5* girls who comes from 6* girls.


And yeah, first one seems better with your very magic team. If you give all your magic girls an evolved personnal equipement it could be very nice. +8% ATK & DEF is not bad at all.

Sedum is a most excellent tool to have in the toolbox and could help my lower teams complete more difficult missions.
Provides better versatility to better utilize what I got. That means a lot when your low on quality girls.

Yes all skill level/equipment slots are lost. The bonus for having them is cheaper rarity growths. You also can only boost a RG girl with skill/dressblooms. RG 2+ of the same girl isn't cheap anyway, but you still wouldn't be able to do it for the slots.

CV is the most versatile debuff unit I have seen around. I like how she is able to fill a support role (buffing/debuffing) and as a secondary damage dealer. If you're looking for a solid debuffer in general, I'd recommend her.

As for Sedum, my issue with her is that aside from lacking a skill activation buff, a lineup with decent attack debuff barely have need for her negate (only good for 1 hit per character anyway). If between Sedum and White Tulip, I prefer White Tulip.

Well, that's the price you pay (aside from the crystals, of course). Whether or not they were fully-specced prior to synthesis, they'll revert to 1/1. It's not for nothing though. If you look at it in another way: You're going to save more crystals to promote a character if she's at 5/4 instead of 1/1, especially if it involves a gacha 5★.

Eligible characters become on par with gacha rainbows after synthesis as their stats, skill effects, and abilities improve to rainbow-tier, so having become actual rainbows, they'll be generally treated like their gacha counterparts. Not a bad trade-off, really. Some of them become absurdly strong, even. Exhibit A: Rainbow Rose.

Yeah, that very well might be the case.
I think I'll still hold onto my stack of FGs until the 2nd half of this event comes around.
If no discounted gacha comes by then, I think I'll spend the 2400+ I have now on normal gachas. :p
One thing I haven't translated for myself yet - there are some additional messages about 22 FGs on each available gacha - it might be worth looking into. I don't remember them being there before.

As for Sedum, my issue with her is that aside from lacking a skill activation buff, a lineup with decent attack debuff barely have need for her negate (only good for 1 hit per character anyway). If between Sedum and White Tulip, I prefer White Tulip.

Eligible characters become on par with gacha rainbows after synthesis as their stats, skill effects, and abilities improve to rainbow-tier, so having become actual rainbows, they'll be generally treated like their gacha counterparts. Not a bad trade-off, really. Some of them become absurdly strong, even. Exhibit A: Rainbow Rose.



Thanks for the input on Cypress Vine I am trying to think a couple of steps ahead and want to best utilize what I have.

Yes, Rainbow Rose is OP but as a new player here, My Crit team is the only one holding its own as it is, and other squads need more immediate help. I next girl I am going to add to the crit team is Walnut. RR will get her day at some point.

Yay! New event! New Voting poll. This year I'm filled with Determination. I'll try to give St Paulia a second chance to get a true 5* version.

Sooo... Queen Rosa Novalis is the new 6* as expected. Not good, not bad. She is a nice turn 1 girl to use with other turn 1 girl (Hi Dendrobium and Corn Cockle).
Multiflora is a... girl. I like herut he seems under most of 5* and promoted 6*.
Same with Kalanchoe. She is a better 5* but her promoted form is not that interesting.
And the event girl... Mini Rose! Her name is funny. I like it. And she become a good support girl after promotion like White Tulip and Cypress Vine. Even if she don't have skill act, she is not bad at all. At least, better than the other two.
And the promoted girl of the week is the 2* Marguerite. She is an interesting counter girl. DEF buff, 4.25x counter, good ATK buff and skill act + pursuit. With some Counter+Evade girl it can be really interesting.

I did one pull on the new gacha. Got the exact girl (the one who has Tritonia like face/eyes) I wanted in 3 copies. I like her looks, voice and overall theme. Pretty cool character :)
No luck with a Rainbow for some time now.

HH: You`re not the only one who didnt yet get his 6* of 2019. I too am still waiting on the porch, for one to finally find her way home brother :D

Well, I didn't get my first 6* on my main account too (after 12 rolls...). Well, I got Saffron with R-medals (maybe, I think, or it was on lasts days of December? I don't remember) but it don't count.

Thanks. I have been hiding on a Korean MMO for a while, but I pop in on my girls now and again. :) I've been logging in daily again for nearly a month, I guess. I got the last two event girls but not their jewelry because I was lazy. And I've taken up painting again, so I've been busy. I've had a request from a friend to paint Cactace for him. I am waiting until we on the Global server get the Unreal 4 update for Blade & Soul. Although if Moonlight Blade releases before that I certainly want to give it a go as well.
