No Money Tree or Christmas Waxvine on today promoted girls but we got a bunch of really good girls here.
- Hop. It's a kind of Kerria with no DEF buff, lower ATK buff but skill activation. And still HP drain/Evasion/DMG based on HP. She may be an excellent girl to have.
- Cineraria. Another good girl with Evade AND Enemy miss abilities. With a bonus life drain skill and atk buff/skill act ad skill damages. Good for an evade team if you can give her some power buff.
- Crimson Clover. Just a must have Solar girl with full package. 70% SB damages, 50% gauge on the start, 30% Crystal drop and Solar Altar. With HP drain and Evasion as bonus. If promotion wasn't so expensive, I would got for her RIGHT NOW!
- Echinacea. The less good here but still HP drain and Evade. With a nice skill rate x1.65 turn 1. She just lack a bit of power to deserve her promoted cost.

^All of the above. The writing was on the wall 2 1/2 years ago when Nutaku took that surprise "fabulous" vacation and left all of us hanging with bugs and issues. Same with translations, from being sloppily made up at times to even being censored; like when Cherry was calling Danchou "Papa" during the affection scene but they kept it as Commander. So sex scenes with a loli that looks under the age of 10 is okay, but roleplay incest is a bridge too far? :think: Including very greedy gacha deals and ridiculous pittance apologies for down time or bugs. It was evident they didn't care for the actual game and were in it for the money. Kudos to those who stuck with it this long, but Nutaku is just not a company I would trust to maintain a game on merit versus greed. They apparently weren't making money anymore as players left, so downsized support to as little as possible until she met her demise. Truly a shame how this all came about.

On the positive side, to all players willing to jump ship: Welcome to DMM FKG and a brand new fresh start with the game you love! There are many more girls, features, and rewards for you to enjoy here on the dark side! :wink:

What's the point of switching if I can't read any of the story to understand the characters backgrounds and history?

I'd rather the characters I collect to be more than a pretty face and voice. I like to understand their motivations and the nuances behind their actions.
Plus how they fit in the world.

In any case, I got games like Azur Lane and Girls Frontline to fill my gacha game niche now. With the bonus of having localizers that care, and characters that I can understand.

Maybe if the DMM side starts pushing out English translations like they are for Kamihime DMM, then I'd be interested in returning. But I doubt it.

It's the Niddhoggr event.
Half of it is based on a slightly different versions of boss battles (you can challenge them anytime, for any amount of raid points) and the other has a series of 4 stages on which girls with different types of battle skills perform better.

In games.dmm.com, theres should be language select box, change it to JP and redo the register profile (for some reason the redirect from dmm to games.dmm change it to /en even tho all language still in jp). After doing that, it magically passed step 1 of profile registration.

We never got all of the things when the game was only down for an hour or two. 5 FG seems about par.

Well it was only for a few hours to be honest. In times past when updates were taking far too long or they had to take it right back down to address game glitches, that took longer and we got better apologems for it.

I was thinking about spending my rainbow medals and shards to make a full solar blast team haha (Scotch Broom, Moon Vine, Crimson Clover?).

Looking at your units, it should be doable. You could probably move RR out of party 3 and let that become a standard crit party, then have her carry another party instead, like party 2.
I don't recall the left side being much of an issue, but the right side has an enemy node that attacks before the player so you might want to keep that in mind.

As for solar drive party, it's highly not recommended these days as the uses are limited. The setup would also require you to organize your teams to have girls that buff gauge % for flexible uses. Solar drive damage is also depended on TP, and with parties of ~200k TP, it still only yield a little less than 700k damage.
There's also the problem of solar girls generally being too squishy along with poor damage output from their regular skills. Once you solar drive, that party is pretty much dead at end game contents.

Although if solar drive party is really your main focus, there's also the a decent method to milk out 1-2 more blast hits even after you did a 300% one by getting certain solar girls that have evade on them such as Senryou or Crimson Clover along with someone that buffs shine crystal drops.

Ive never had a working solar squad, but having a couple of solar girls was a difference maker on clearing whale.
They keep putting out better ones out, and if and when there comes another one with 25% crit rate particularly if she is pierce (with Lunaria and Dandelion), one may be able to build a solid crit/solar team. Trouble is most need RG.

As someone who uses Mace loli chan and Anewaifu, who does have a Defensive buff I can attest that, while not often, there are some battles where the improved Defense does come into play and makes a difference between being one shotted or not.
Honestly this girl would great with them in a single team, as it would stack that Deffensive buff higher, while still rocking pretty solid crit build just from those 3.

Use Tarragon+Mace Loli+Anemone+2 other counter girls (Saffron and clones?) and you will have a nice Counter Crit team <3


For girls, Tarragon is good, the others are not bad but not that much. I already burned all my chance of getting a 6* on gacha with Yarrow. I'llpass this time too. Good thing for my FG.

Not really aiming for the Crit+Counter team, rather, Crit+Guts combo might be VERY interesting, especially if you can sneak one girl with Negate in there. Imagine a Glass Cannon, thats actually not that much of a glass :)

Btw the design of the current girls is really cool. Both their special abilities and their looks. The whip-chain girl doesnt really do it for me with her artwork, but she sure has badass looking ulty.

Then, place team 3 in 1st position, team 4 in 2nd, and then team 1 and 2. And run the map with default positon. You may be able to clear it with some chance. Crit Team and Saffron+Kerria team should be enough to clear their path. The other two should clear the last way.

If you have a full skill/slot/ampules 5* Pink Miko, use her somewhere. She is very strong here and can last more than most of 6*.

I finally beat it with only Kerria, Paphiopedilum and Saffron left alive, and Saffron only had like 1 hp left from Guts. The new map after this one is much easier. The only change I made was switching Fennel and Rainbow Rose.

Any girl in the team (including helper party) who will be entering the whaleship map will increase the solar gauge bar.
So it would be wise to fill your party 7/8 with 5* gauge buffers if necessary.
Shine panel girls can be used as well, but those panels spawn before the first enemy node so it's only useful when you're trying to complete the map the first time rather than farming.

I managed to scrounge up enough gems to get a full 50(00) roll and ended up with Lady's Sorrel. I don't have nearly the resources to start building her up but the more 5* Knights I have as a base for my main forces the better off I'll be.

I gotta say, not losing stamina when you cancel a mission is a godsend. I can just keep retrying a stage until the RNG directs my troops towards the pests instead of away from them, which will make early events like Lavender's and Edelweiss' much more bearable when I can handle them.

Keep shrine maiden Dianthus for a 16' stone. they are very common, espacially with Whale Medals. If you have a ticket to choose ANY 5*,it's better to pick a recent girl (2017, 2018 or 2019 one).
Rice Choco Cereal Lily Friti new year is a good idea. she is not bad at all. Another good girl is Straw Flower. Solid girl and her Sun Altar panel are very helpful at the begining (espacially for Whale Ship).

Yeah pick somebody newer because you'll get 15 and 16 from the whale eventually.
I personally like Statice and Pink Ladies Heavenly Flower, Have RG both of them. But there are many good attackers in '18.

Her skillset makes her look like a Saffron clone, but with more attack boost instead of weakpoint damage boost.

Yarrow got her promoted form. She is popular. But her 6*version is still far better.
The others are not good, not bad. Just average.
Japanese Mugwort is interesting with DEF buff, Evasion, Heal and HP drain. With her +45% damages after 3 turns she can be a good option for evade or defensive teams.

I struck out with the new gacha (no 5/6*, only new Knight was Zephyrantes) but the 110 RG stones will be nice for the future.

I've gotten to the point where I can reliably clear the 40 and 50 stamina missions in the event now so I've been able to get all of the standard rewards (skillblooms, dressblooms, equipment) and now I'm working on cleaning out the pages. Prolly won't come close to doing so unless I dedicate all of my stamina to it but I've emptied pages 1-3 and 14 so far.

Yes there was a thing like that. You do 55 pulls and you get the featured Rainbow at the end of those pulls. If you get lucky you might get one from the pulls and a dupe to buff her up immedieatley.
So far this deal happened only 2, with a very long downtime in between each other. So having those spare 250 stashed away for this is a decent idea, though the other deals that give this and that are also a decent pick.

However we had the 55x one not so long ago, so I`d wager we wont see next one anytime soon. At least not for two/three months at least. Though I might be proven wrong. (Though I hope not, I dont have enough FGems for this nonsense atm! :D)

Once you raise the Sapling to level 14, you'll get a ticket at the end of the event that lets you trade for a garden character of your choice of Saplings including all the originals plus the new skin for the Red Sapling if you want that.
That's all I know.

They got some new thing going on the daily 100DMM pt gachas where you get a half Centy if you get 10 in a week. Next a full Centy and additional half Centy if you buy more. It resets weekly for the next few weeks. This is addition to the RG tickets.

I have a little project in mind for a while. During the first Nidhogg event, I was too weak to clear the last missions and reach the final boss maps. So, I searched some video about it on Youtube. And there was nothing. Just gacha rolls and other stuff.
Now, I have a pretty decent team and I'm able to clear everyting on the game (at least, until now). So, I decided to do some gameplay video about the hardest FKG stuff and let curious but not strong enough player see that mysterious stuff behind the 640k and over Total Power Hill.

For the first one, I did a simple run of the easier Nidhogg boss battle. As test.

Yeah, youtube isn't really the best place to look up dmm games gameplay unfortunately. However, there should be plenty of videos on each nidhogg event on nico.
Although if you did search it up in japanese instead, there should be a few video would showed up, like this one from HydroKirby for example.

Although you can probably just 1 shot every phrase with 1 party in all difficulties if u wanted, like using RR/Yarrow/Cowslip/Colchicum/Kugaisou.

Since 2* and 3* wasn't that much difference, RR just walked through it as usual. RR most likely won't be able to 1 shot phase 2 in the future for any newer version though, like 4* and up.

Yeah just using my normal teams takes 2 teams to finish it off. Nidhogg still can be overpowered. Some of the nushi or was it prison island? maps seemed harder until you can figure out what they were doing. I especially liked the one that struck first disabling the negate damage.

Bosses gives 4000 medals the first time you clear them (100 for the first easier one) and nothing after this. But clearing rewards came back each event.
Even if power creep make it easy for advanced players, Nidhogg boss battle is still a hard thing to do. You need a certain amout of rainbows to beat it. Golds are not enough. On my Alt I have 13 rainbows and it was hard to kill the last Nidhogg boss.
It should be easier next time, when you got more power. But if Lavender is your only 6*, you must go on the FG shop and buy Kugaisou for 90 FG. She is a solid Crit 6*.

I joined in January and was unable to get the core Nidhogg done the first time it came around. This time I have eleven 6-star and can do them all and cleared all the secret stages. For me the EX secret stages (especially yellow and blue) were a lot harder than the core Nidhogg missions. RR chews through single targets. The hardest thing are group extreme battles or the scene battles that require a full clear to cash in since I can only field 2-3 really strong teams.

I was actually saving for a step-up gacha. Had no idea this didn't happen in DMM. But it sounds like having a 250 gem untouchable reserve wouldn't be a bad idea in any case.

But the main reason I'm not rushing to buy Kugaisou is of course that I don't have the ampules to train her up anyway. I rushed 6* Lavender a bit to get helper teams to a higher level, so I could clear at least some high level time-limited content more easily, but it takes a lot of gold to fully ampie up a 6* girl that's already at a high level. Gold that I can ill afford to waste at this stage. The Nidhogg event helped a little, though not as much I expected.

So, if you don't know, 55x gacha are very rare gacha that give you a free copy of the current event 6* or a free 6* ticket (it depend of the event) if you do 55 rolls (or 5x11 rolls) on the event gacha. That's why a minimum of 250 FG is a must have.

For Kugaisou, it's better to buy her, raise her with Manyu and then ampy her when you have enough. At the start of the game gold is a serious issue but after a short while, you will be drowned in unusable amounts of gold. Unlike Nutaku, on DMM we have gold campaign very often, giving you gold bonus on every missions. For example, we will have a x2.03 (or 2.01 I don't remember) gold bonus for one or two weeks on next maintenance. And even without this, DMM FKG gives you tons of golds for nothing.
In another words, gold will not be an issue anymore before you can get 100 ampies of each. Don't be afraid of spending gold or you will end with more millions on golds than you can use to raise every of your girls.

Yeah, I've been playing for a little under a month now (closing in on day 30 in terms of daily rewards) and I'm currently sitting on a little over 5 million gold. That's accounting for evolving/blooming most every Knight that stays in my active squads for more than a cup of coffee. Turns out you end up with a LOT of gold when you penny pinch (using ten level 100 manyu on a new Knight takes them to at least level 45 and only costs 1000 gold, converting level 5 manyu to level 20 and level 20 manyu to level 100 is inefficient XP-wise but not gold-wise, etc).

I've been saving ampies as well and have 60-70 of each. Now that I have Kugaisou I have a 6* to use them on too.

That is impressive. I've been playing for a not much less time and I have only managed to bloom barely half of the main 4 teams, never mind any replacements, mostly due to lack of gold. And of course there's still whaleship and equipment to consider. I only have ~20 ampies saved of each, though of course Lavender already ate a bunch, the pig (need ~30 more to satiate her, but that can wait). Luckily, it doesn't take a whole set of 100 ampies before the cost-efficiency starts diminishing rapidly. If push came to shove, I could also clean out the Nidhogg store, though of course it's the manyus and the gold that I want first for a much larger initial gain in power.

I guess I just don't want to waste gold for no good reason. Getting Kugaisou won't help me beat the high level content right now and I can easily deal with regular content. Maybe one day I will swim in gold, but right now I still lack tens and tens of millions, if not more.

I don't keep a huge stockpile of gold or manyus to this day. I use them.
Anything more than one girls worth goes towards blooming someone that I can run a CSQ(when its discounted) on that generates gems
and still got a ton of them left. At least 30. And if I have extra millions I level up some overpriced personal equip:bgrin:
Pretty much try run what's on sale for the week. Got restocked on bloom mats last week, done with Nidhogg, and doin some whale until the weekly reset. See what next week brings hopefully some kick ass June brides!

Some advice for gold saving:
Avoid fully raise 6* with ampies at your level. Wait for more and more gold.
Don't raise 2*, 3* and 4* level. Actually it's easy to deal with event stages just with a few event 5*, 5* and 6*, the 4 lvl 40 2* you got at the beginning and some 4* used as placeholder.
Use the highest manuy and always ten by ten to raise your girls.
Don't be afraid to use stamina potions on golds maps when there is gold bonus campaing.
Buy garden pots for your garden if you don't have them. Garden pots gives gold. Sometime a lot like 10000 gold.
You can turn your event currency leftovers into gold at the end of the event. If you don't have much to do, think about over farming event. Espacially when there is gold campaign once again.

I think building a solid gold stockpile should be the second main priority in the game, just after building a team able to do all event stages.

Yeah there's no reason to use anything except minimal resources on less than a 5* when you 50 plus event girls and equip staring you in the face:grin:
I was lucky and had those daily free pulls to build a huge stockpile of girls around when I started. I got most of the event equipment from the reissues but still need to go get those girls someday. At least the ones that have a CSQ that pays some gems:squint:

Don't forget to sell those normal gacha seeds if you need gold now. I probably have millions there if I took the time to sell all those girls.:silly:

Yeah, listen to maotd. Dont be like me. I have over 1K potions by this point. Spent around 20 to farm the vent to get 30K currency for the future one and didnt even feel like I used any :D
At 400+ Stamina, the need to pop a potion is fairly occasional, unless you are farming for something intentionally, however you get so many per week, really dont be afraid to chug them down as necessary ;)

It helps that potions don't restore a fixed amount so as your level increases (alongside your maximum stamina) potions get better. Once you have, say, 320 max stamina each potion is basically two free 80 stamina stages.

Right now, saving up potions is not an option, even if I wanted to, since the limited content eats up all of it. Most of them I already spent on blooming materials and now there's the Nidhogg store. And yes, I understand it's not truly limited, but it's a good chance to grab upgrade materials to build up the initial teams.

Just to say, in case, using super ampies on 5* girls is a really bad idea. Thoses ampies are very limited and 5* are useless past a certain point. using super ampies on them is more than a waste (unless you plan to promote the girl).
I don't say this for someone in paticular. Just a general advice for our new players toprevent them making a terrible mistake.

Missions aren't going to be sufficient until you get an initial team bloomed and leveled unless you planning on taking a long time to do it.
You always will be short of something until then. Run what's on sale.
If next week everything on sale then run everything and whale it. No better time.
Maybe get exp up campaign and make upgrades go further too.
Then upgrade girls at your own pace after you get the initial teams done and go further up in difficulty.

If the csq are on sale then I will run some more of those and bloom some more for gems and some aqua shadows would be nice:grin:

Harienju finally gets to be the bride but her abilities suck: skill rate up, evade, counter and chaser. No attack buffs to make her 3-hit skill more than scratch damage, no defense buff for the counter and chasers are never relevant.

I don't really like the birde girls this year. Their base form are better. I just like Helenium evolved form but I'm not fan of her base form, sprite and skill animation :(. Spending gems just for a nice Heleium assistant is not worth it.

Raid boss event is a nice thing with all thoses disconuts everywhere. We will be able to farm a lot this week.

The Nushi priority attack is frightening though. Hopefully RRose survived it and do a great part of the job. Next turns are easier since the Nushi attack only once. Sure all my promoted 6* help a lot.

As many of the guys who were sitting here on the DMM boat for a while now, I also picked up few of the 5K DMM pts ones.
Its a good solid deal. You get a full pull and a choose your waifu ticket to add.
If lucky you might get another 6* from the pull (Got Hanamono as a nice bonus this way, when I wanted the ticket for Loquat).

And unlike with Nutaku, the DMM devps keep improving, adding to and adjusting the game to benefit the players. Bunch of freebies on regular basis. Promotions, bonus Gold/EXP to missions. Log in campaigns. Rainbow coins which allow you to pick a waifu if you play long enough, and much more.
The love for the player and the game is tangible and as such most of us had no qualms about dropping some dosh and supporting the devs with these

Taragon is a good solid choice I have been considering. Though I wanted to build a > 1st round super bonus squad, after I went through the list yesterday, the girls who do get these big buffs usually have the 2.8 AoE, which is really not that great.
Well I guess I`ll post into Tactica to get some other opinions on how to go around this.

I think Onci bonci > the crit one > is almost an autopick considering what I dont yet have. She is one of the better Crit types out there, native Rainbows only.

It's the opposite in my case. The animations during battle are as fast as when "Fast Forward" is switched on and even faster when you switch the fast forward button on...

Will need to fiddle with the setting, as I dont remember which one did which, and now they are in a different order. If any one wanted to lend a hand that would be great. Managed to activate the Random Assistant function which is nice.

Since there has been an influx of new Danchous jumping the sinking ship and swimming to the shores of DMM I would encourage you guys, if you can please spend those 20 seconds setting up your profile so we can get some sort of visual. Makes reading the comments much more fluent and easier on the eyes when there is something for the brain to latch onto and memorize in regards to the person posting. :)

On a different note, here I was thinking I would finally uninstall Chrome, but for some reason the game doesn't really load on my Firefox - is anyone having the same problem?

FKG is fast. Too fast. I can't even understand what's happening during the battles. But I can't really complain. It's still better than a super slow game.
Everything in the ame seems bigger but not the girls sprites. That's strange (espacially on gathering). It look like all girls are really tiny in a giant items world.

There is just two things I don't like at all on this new version: Stamina and Raid bosses on the main screen. Where are our good old gauge? It was so much better. Numbers are cool but not convenient at all. It was easy to judge the state of the stamina or raid bossin a glance with gauge. Now we need to check it often if we don't want to let the stamina/raid boss fill totally and waste it :(

Also, is it only me or the sounds and musics bugs? During battles, sounds are not synchronised with attacks, musics someting stops... or play twice at the same time... It's not very pleasant...


And I may be in for the salt pact. I should not since salt pact are always very salty but... I want to try. For the HTML5.

New UI will take a while to get used to. But I really like how now after raid boss battle game stays on RB list instead of going back to home screen. Really nice QoL update, especially for RB event. Also, I think available raid bosses refresh more often than they used to? Or people are just killing them faster, I don't know.

Also, sorry, yeah i have an account (unknown67, you can see it in the golden week pact), I just don't use it when I'm on mobile because it's a bit of a pain to log in. Tried to log in just now, but I expended my password attempts :P. Will still need to add an avatar for it, but that won't be difficult.
