Right, so this was just a random sort of question that popped up when I was staring at the Awakening screen and the Unit List, but I was wondering if there was a visible difference with the symbols for Mages and Bishops. Hopefully this would just be a redundant statement, but when I say symbols I mean that thing at the upper left corner of (nearly) every unit's picture, like how a Healer has a staff + a heart, or how the various sword wielding units have different swords representing their class. Anyways, I was just seeing if there was a difference between mages and bishops since they both have a staff + a flame.

The symbol may be the same but there are slight diferences, one of them is that the bishop has a little more range than a mage and the big difference is the skill since bishops heal during the skill instead of attack or range increase

Right, I was just asking since I'm pretty sure these are the only unit types that have the exact same symbol. I mean you can argue they have similar functions, but you can argue there's a similar relationship between Witches and Shamans, not to mention Heavy Armors and their counterparts. It just struck me as odd.

Not quite true. Immortal Princess and Dragon Princess both share a symbol with Princess. Rear Guard and Advance Guard have the same symbol (though in the awakening menu they add letters to specify). There might be some other similar case of classes sharing a symbol, but I'm not aware of it.
