White screen of doom

Hello all,

I have been playing aigis for 3-4 weeks now and have been enjoying a lot. However after an event starts or ends I can log in to the game, only to meet the white screen of doom around half a day later. The game itself doesnt launch and my thinking would be that the servers are down but I am unsure if this happens to anyone else at all. I am playing and trying from both Chrome and Firefox, tried clearing cache (absolutely everything) restarting browser and even the computer afterwards to no avail. Is this normal, or it just happens to me. The devs themselves dont seem to know a lot about it.

Never happened to me, if/when it's on maintenance i get the regular screen with a message saying so, but never a plain white screen

Same here. Only have lag issues. Might be something wrong w/ your browser and Flash

Hey, I still havent figured out what the problem is but a day after this began I am amble to play again somehow. Dunno how this works I got a tip to download the local files or something. I will try that one out. thanks for the reply though.

the answer to ur problem is one of 2 options eather clear u cach memory (by ctrl f5) or clear ur browser history and then restart ur pc it will have to reload the game from 0 again but it works takes about 10-15 min for me each time i encounter the problem but at least i can play again afer that ( i found out the shuting down all other progrems thats runing while playing make the chance of this problem happening less than it normaly do hope that helps and excused my spelling mistakes
