Actually she didn't get implants. I played DMM for a while and got oppai Nayna, so the scene is unaltered.

According to the text in the scene, she apparently thought Prince wasn't sleeping with her because he saw her as a child, so she used some spell to give herself big enough breasts to make him see her as a woman, or some such idea.

In Nutaku...Was under age...just celebrated 18th birtday...so yeah she is an adult now...same for every new loli added
