Hey Again!
Union Gacha is looking for fresh forces to fill up our ranks.
In last UE(light) we ended up at 14th place in expert and 23rd in ulti.
Most members are around rank 100+, team power at least 45k+.
For now we've got 3 places opened.

Requirements:
- be active, but mostly participate during union events!
- communicative at least in-game chat! (we have discord but it's not mandatory to join).
- rank min. 80, with decent teams

We were close to get to TOP 30 on Ultimate at the last UE Event and we are confident in getting through this time. I quit my last union after the last union event because it was dead (literally I had to fight all the ultimates, only achieved 100 of them, plus 150 experts, it was not entertaining).
Started my own union but struggle to gain all the resources to update everything and obtain new members. So I came here for help.

Yeah I know. I was hoping that people who don't qualify for others (such as levels) can at least consider mine. It's a negative feedback loop right: less people -> less guardian upgrades and effectiveness in events -> less people -> and so on. And at least here I can elaborate why my union still exists. That 140 character count in the game is not enough.

That's why many Unions use Discord for communication between members. Since you can't really communicate through in-game means.
Well... you can, but it's fucking annoying having to break up everything you say into 6 words at a time. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

First of all, I'm not wearing my glasses at the moment, so I'll probably make some typos. Sorry for those.

Anyway, I'm not the type to jump from union to union. I was with the same one since I started, but now they're breaking up so I need to find a new place. Hopefully one where I can stay a while.

I'm quite active in-game, but also quite busy in RL, so I mostly set the game to auto and then do other things. I work all day on weekends, so for union events, I can give you 4-5m per day, or more if you do the event on a weekday.I chat on discord 2-3 times a week.

My main teams are water (58k) thunder (57k) and fire (51k). I also have a 110% Belial, and 100% Kirin and Hraws, with quite a few free friend slots.

My brother and I are about to leave the union we made together. The only other members have been inactive for months. It's a shame we won't be Leader and Sub Leader of whomever we join (we have a possibility lined up already), but the rewards in Crucibles should hopefully be worth it. With just the two of us in the last one we managed to get all 150 Expert and about 130 or so Ultimates, which we can be proud of I think.

I just don't know whether I should disband the union entirely, or assign one of the inactives as Leader before leaving so it'll still exist...

Nope, we didn't. My brother was at work and I wanted to wait for his input as to the fate of the Union since he was the one that made it and all. It's just gonna be us for this event again. Oh well, neither of us are Lightning-focused so it doesn't matter as much. My only Lightning SSRs are Halloween Michael, Brahma, and Mammon, so not great.
We'll probably just nuke the Union after the event rather than leave. No real reason to let it live if all the members are dead.

My brother and I disbanded our union, and have joined one called Cybeast. Don't know much about them, but they approached us several months ago so they were the ones my brother wanted to join, and of course we did so together. They seem to be pretty active. When it was just the two of us I think we did pretty well in the union events (we went 150 expert and 220 ultimates on the last one), but hopefully now we'll do even better.

Main team: Fire. 4 SSR hime (1 awakened, 2 weeks for awakening another), all weapons lvl20 (all assault but the hero weapon, some with 2 skills) (3 MLB SSR, 1 SSR with 1LB, 2 SSR, 4 MLB SR.) (I lack good eidolons, so I use lvl 100 iwanaga-hime).

Secondary teams:
thunder: 1 SSR hime. No good grid. I started recently, while I wait for fire events. I have some assault weapons from events, but neither max skill nor level.
Wind: 2 SSR hime. Like thunder, no good grid.

Activity:
I connect daily for daily rewards and some raids, etc. If there is an event I connenct more (specially weekends). The exact time dependens on work, but I can be active a couple of hours rather easily (usually 1h at burst and some other quick connections).
I am from europe, so in PST time, I usually play at 7-8am and 11-14.

Not a problem with using discord.

Hey, I'm kinda in a pickle. I've just had what might be the world's most twisted joke pulled on me: being made leader of a guild/union (SoSBrigade, to be specific), and then every other veteran/high-tier member ditching it shortly afterwards. The only ones kept with me were lowbies and alts (the latter of which might never be used again). Essentially, they killed the union without warning and left me with the rubble.

What I'm trying to say is...I need a new Union. Don't really care which one. Just so long as it's in the top 15/30 for UEs, and friendly enough to take me in/let me have fun (outside of Union events, of course. That's when I'm serious). Here's my info:

We get between TOP 30-50 on union event rank on very regular basis since more than a year ago. Last event we ranked 38.
We have 4 spot left to fill at the moment.
Burst time will be 22:00 to 24:00 on the focusing day for the UE. It change regularly on the other days.
