Question about raid boss combat

Ok so the question is as follows:

If you have squads that have skill rate down / atk down passives and they use them on the boss do those effects last only for that squad or for all squads?

EG: If you hit a big boss with all 4 squads is it best to have all skill / atk down girls in the first squad or does it not matter?

The attack down/skill down only applies for the squad that has them.

I think the better question to ask is how long does the enfeeblement/enhancement last (duration of effect) I'm sure it doesn't last the whole fight either.

*during the turn for the squad which the enhancement/enfeeblement was enacted, I'm not talking about the entirety of the boss fight for all 4 squads*

The -ATK debuff definitely lasts the entire fight, but I'm not certain about the Special Rate debuff either. But, I only have one girl with the Special Rate debuff, which means it only slightly reduces the rate, which won't always be noticable due to RNG. Given more girls with that specific debuff, and bringing that rate down to (nearly) 0 should provide more reliable results.
