Need help deciding how to move forward.

I've been playing quite a while, spent a little money back when I first started, but now I'm just grinding away. Aside from a few maps I've been able to 3 star most events, so I'm at a bit of a crossroads, with the 1.5x drop this week and my small handful of SCs + Easter Eggs I figured this would be the right time to set a path.

Here's what I have awakened at the moment.

Spica (Archer)
Katie (Soldier)
Monica (Pirate)
Nanaly (Archer)
Fedora (Healer)
Uzume (Strategist)
Iris (Healer)
Sophie (Angel)
Carmilla (Healer)
Sybilla (Princess)
Bernice (Heavy)
Gellius (Heavy)
Mehlis (Mage)
Garania (Mage)
Betty (Rogue)

I've gone mostly towards higher rarity units, though I did burn through a lot of silvers trying to mincost a bunch of them just in case I ever needed cheaper stuff for rush maps.

Most of my awakened units are in the upper levels, so I'm starting to feel extremely diminished returns even leveling them 8k exp at a time.

As I see it I have 4 options

1) Just float along as I am, save up for another Barracks and just use my eggs on the next MC farm.
2) Focus on my already awakened units and try to max them out eventually.
3) Focus on some more niche units, I have a strong basic formation, but some situational units could be helpful
4) Focus on leveling up/evolving my silvers

Any suggestions?

This. No point in wasting eggs for maxing units. As u said , at higher levels , u get diminished results.

I pretty much haven't used silvers in almost 2 years now , but i guess some mincosted can help on tight UP maps. The nice part in having nanaly is that she is 1 of hte best early dploy units in the game so she can cover a lot of that weekness (that's what i did with mine) , even on rush or low up maps.


I guess you could raise some niche units up. Kinda depends on the niche (and units). I'd advice u more on that , but i dunno what else u have.

I guess u could awaken Noel for her passive...maybe an erun (heard her passive stacks with sophies) which might make deploying both on a map quite interesting. I mean , 56 hp per second for all units is no small feat. Then again , as u pointed out , that's an niche situation (and a rather rare one at that IMO) so there is no rush in doing that.

The main thing with the silvers is 4 starring maps, a lot have gold and higher being triple cost, as well as male only maps.

honestly , i've done less then half of the 4star challenges as well. Extra scs are nice and all , but u don't have to rush to finish them. Those missions will always be there , so u can take your time developing your team

Overall I think it's definitely worth it. The increased downtime hurts but ultimately it's much easier to find reasonable substitutes for vanilla Sophie than SAW Sophie.
