Step 3: Okay, could get Rainbow Skillblooms for LC, but it's not an expensive deal, so waifu get an extra this week.
Step 4: Yes, perfect pricetag for a Rainbow Dressbloom!
Step 5: Still contemplating this step. Burning Bush is a very solid girl, not exceptional, but solid. And there aren't that many Pierce Rainbows with skill trigger. Hell, solid Pierce Rainbows are actually the ones that are hard to find!

I'm in the same boat, need the dressbloom for Fritillaria. Not really sure about the girl herself though... But she seems solid enough, 1.2x skill and 15% attack for all once evolved. But I may wait for Saffron. Fall in love with her with her stylish pipe!

Viola has stronger attack and an AOE skill with a slightly lower proc rate than Alpinia.

Alpinia has one of the strongest skills in the game, but one of the weakest attack stats out of all the rainbows (and even some golds).

Your call, really.

I guess this is more appealing than last week's special gacha, but I'm still waiting for another 10+1+gold ticket FG gacha... 282 FGs (and climbing) are saved for the occasion if it ever happens again.

Also did the first two steps and got bronzes and five silvers, so ultimately it was a waste. I was going to grab the dressbloom but the RNG's annoyed me enough that I'll probably just leave it there in protest.

Not the best roll but with 2 golds I'm not complaining.

For me it's just meh, it's step 2 that's worth it. 11 draws for 300 NG is very cheap and you have high chance to get at LEAST 1 gold. Of course it still up to luck but for me it's great offer. Skillbloom is good but what I truly want is dressbloom. It just darn rare and you can't farm like skill one.

edit: back then when you can buy dressbloom for 50 gems. Is it worth it? Or should I save it for 11draws+gold ticket offer?

That really depends on your priorities, whether you have any rainbow girls you REALLY want to give more equipment slots, and how much you could use new or dupe gold girls from a gacha pull.
When the offer was there, I bought only one, since my Anemone needed only one more equipmentslot for a full set of event jewelry. If the offer appears again, I might be tempted again, because I also have Helenium (also a counter girl, a full set of event jewelry on a counter girl is really overpowered!) and Acacia (cuz waifu) I want to equip. For my other rainbows, I personally wouldn't buy those things, but for those two, it's really tempting!

So a 2500 NG deal for both rainbow skill/dressbloom is quite good, if you're willing to cash for it.

Now that I think about it, I joined the forums to inquire about dressblooms when they came on sale last time in the item store, so seeing one here at this price makes me consider the Burning Bush step a lot more seriously now that I've looked twice at the deal.

For the price of a normal 6 Star, 60$, you're getting:
14 units between 3-6 Stars at normal rates, or, under the best of circumstances, 3 100 Nutaku gold Single pulls and a 50FG roll.
A Rainbow Skillbloom, don't know if these have ever been priced in the shop but are reasonably in short supply at a limit of 1 per month.
A Rainbow Dressbloom, previously priced at 50FGs, or the equivalent of another 50FG roll.
And a 15th unit of Rainbow rarity, normally a 60$ price tag alone.

I doubt anyone actually buys FGs to roll 10+1s but if they did it'd be around, what, 50 bucks a pop?

The deal is great for anyone who's willing to spend that much. If you're not someone who intended to purchase outside of Black Friday/Easter level deals, or a player without Rainbow units, going past stage two is probably not worth it.
