Question about Helper Squad Power

I'm sorry if this has already been addressed but i couldn't find the thread for it
i notice that many of my allies's are at the same level as me and have relatively similar leveled girls for their helper swuad
but their power is much lower
are there factors the power level doesn't show?
if so, approximately how much higher is their true power level?

it doesn't contain affection- and ampy bonus, i think.
so you can't say for sure what power the helper squad realy has.
but if you see a helper squad with 5 rainbow girls lvl 70 you can be sure that they will run throu anything :D

Also the helper squad girls will max out at the lvl of YOUR max level girl, so if you do not have a gold+ at lvl 70 yet then do that before anything else.
