Lost gacha ticket

Anyone know how to get a gacha ticket back? I bought the 6* ticket, and my browser crashed after the 10+1 draw. I searched the menu's and can't find an option to retrieve/redeem it anywhere...

Even if your browser crashed, you should already have the ticket. The current type of exchange ticket goes into your inventory automatically, not through the gift box. It normally prompts you to go straight to the exchange center after your roll.

Check the exchange center if a new tab appeared that lets you exchange it.

It did bring me to the exchange center, after the 10+1 draw - that's where the browser crashed.

Reloading the game, there are no additional tabs in the exchange center. (is that where the ticket would usually be?)

There should be an extra tab in the same place where you exchange reissue/life crystal/event currency. If you can't find it, then you should send in a ticket.

It is a pity that you have happened, and perhaps you can reflect the matter through letters.

Before I also lost 100 gold DRAW(Although the number is very small) , also wrote to inform but they only have to reply that we are sorry.:(
