So i was looking around at awakened skills when i noticed one unit in particular seems to be nerfed in the nutaku version

Token cost 3-5UP less, More attack and 3% Less hp needed to insta-kill. DMM version much stronger.

Is this something Nutaku has done purposefully or was she like this on the DMM version pre-Skill AW?

Also are any other units in similar conditions?

It might just be a buff that we haven't gotten on our side yet. Block counts for ninjas and etc are also on the DMM wiki but not ours.

TBH though, Mikoto needs it. She's a bit underwhelming atm, though still pretty good.

DMM is like two years ahead of us in things, including unit balance patches. There has been multiple rounds of unit buffs in it just recently. Of course unit stats will be different between us and them.
When we hit around that position in schedule, we'll get that stats here as well.

You'd think they would introduce already-made content that is easy to translate on both versions, such as you would fix glitches and exploits.

The thing is, when it comes to balance patches certain events may have been designed with expectations of the balance units had at they time they came out. Also in many cases the balance changes are made not because the units were not balanced in the past, but rather due to the balance having shifted with new units that came out (ones we presently lack) that events need to take into account, thus having left some older units in need of a boost to stay useful (or become useful if it turns out they weren't strong enough before).
