Good timeofaday, brave Princes! It is that time of the week, and so we prepare for the new event. Well, "new", as it was supposed to be held a long time ago. In fact it was supposed to be the first event in one arc interconnected by recurring enemies. Arc that we have gotten in reverse. Yes we are finally will be able witness the first moment of the Unchivalrous Order of Dark Knighthood!!! So let's prepare for the Threat of the Dark Knights!

This is a Unit Farm event.You obtain copies of event unit as a direct drop from event maps and upgrade it via regular unit combination for Cost Reductions and Skill Ups

Introducing the Dark Knight Yurina! She was supposed to be our first taste of the unholy powers of Dark Fighters, so she sets standards with defense comparable to attack-oriented Heavy Armors and attack rivaling best Valkyries (of the same rarity) into solid 2-block body with 15 MR to boot. Her skill is Dark Knighthood's signature Dark Aura, in this iteration cutting the attack power of all enemies by up to 10% for up to 30s. She is also have a distinction among Dark Fighter girls for her image not be completely destroyed by Awakening into Paladin ;) Said Awakening gives her additional 10 MR, bringing her resistance to respectable 25%, and additionally makes her defense increase the less health she have, for x1.5 def under half HP. Skill Awakening, whenever it comes to us, makes her skill double her defense in addition to debuffing enemies attack, for a whole minute. That, combined with Paladin's class passive, turns her into very respectable tank, and, considering her 25 MR, lightning rod. Only downside is, that awakened skill in only usable once per battle)

It's a fight against Dark Knights Order, so expect a lot of armors here. Prepare witches, mages or bandits accordingly.) When skill-aura covered Yurina is on the field, all our units attack power will decrease by 30%, so it might be best to burn her down ASAP.

Remember how even the second map of Elva's event could've kicked your ass if you weren't prepared for the debuff aura?

About the only thing that caught me slightly off guard was the cavalry rush at the end of map 3. Everything else was sleep-inducing.

Yurina dropped on map 4 for me, but everything except Yurina dropped on map 5. Figures.

i like elva's skill. Problem is that she's too expensive for what she does , and unlike yurina for example , she does a bit of both (tanking and dps) rather then focus on 1 thing. Some people like versatility , but honestly , that just makes her weaker in both areas

Because they didn't feel like doing them?) Back than japanese devs were super meh in handling our version, to the point community were joking that our version support was done by one unpaid korean intern. ;)
Thankfully, now they cleaned up on their act, and we have pretty good stream of updates... hopefully this will be a standard going forward forever.

Seriously ? this event was rather easy. I mean... considering its a really old event....its obvious.



That being said , i had pretty good luck on both accounts with drops....less so with combines. Standing at 3cr and 4/5 skill out of like 8 combines.

My browser crashed at the start of one run, and the following three runs yielded no Yurinas.

They did, however, give me three Elaines instead.

I honestly don't want to be that guy that questions drop rates, but man I don't think I've ever seen so little drops on the last map. I think this is the first time I've been 2 points away from a min cost farm unit. I can usually get it down to at least 1 point away but geez this event just doesn't like me.

Well, I was hoping to do a few more runs and reduce her cost a little more (just in case I somehow manage to get one thousand Rainbow Crystals and thus make Dark Knights more feasible), however I've once again dropped the ball when it came to remembering the maintenance schedule... although this time it's not because of me thinking maint was later than it was, but completely forgetting about the game for about 12 hours straight.

Still, I've gotten her CC'd without much trouble and while I'm disappointed I wasn't able to grab more of her (I think her cost only dropped by 1 if I'm not mistaken), I've got plenty of Rainbow Spirits to upgrade her skill with, which I'm looking forward to using.

Turns out I had two copies I hadn't fused yet! That makes... 6 or 7? I wasn't keeping track. Still wasn't able to reduce her cost below 28 (CC'd), but she's at skill level 5. Could be worse.
