Calculating absolute damage numbers from scratch is impossible because it depends on the target's base defense modifier, which is invisible to players. You can find two damage calculators in my signature that analyze the relative effects of assault and eidolon effects in one tab, and temporary buffs in the other tab.

How about make the opponent defense is zero. What is the formula for the damage?
