You know the drill..

Can't seem to find much if anything about this game so I'm assuming it's 'brand-new' or I'm just not looking hard enough.

It looks like your typical multiplayer browser RTS game.
From the videos on the register page, the animations look pretty decent.
Art style is a hit or miss as usual with Western games.
Personally I'd say it's not bad compared to most of the other games..

Other than that, it pretty much comes down to speculation unless someone here knows this game from somewhere else.
I don't know the value of resources and stuff in the game but 555 items + 200K diamonds for pre-registering sounds pretty generous (°ロ°).

Battle other players? Well that doesn't sound too good, at least not for a game on nutaku.

I dont trust nutaku with a pvp game, especially because of their obligatory "Canada must have an advantage over the rest of the world" bs where they dont delete the info for the global release. On the other hand its been a while since i played this kind of game... literally years actually. I will certainly try it for the nostalgia value. If the pre-reg bonus seems "generous" its standard for these kinds of games, you will also find two entire pages of 2$ to 10$ offers all with limited timers indicating how they re all "10000%!" cheaper than all other packages and how you should buy now or regret later (hint: 99% of the time either the timer is bs and it doesnt even go away or they have a new offer the second it ends). The reason for this... Or at least my perspective for this, is because when these kind of games where the norm, having to spend so much freaking time and money for a single building was crap, so it became a battle of who had the easiest ways of upgrading which degenerated into these cheap "mega packages" so youd never have to actually wait for a building or a revive or units (if you have the money for it of course).

Wow another gross western game. This is gonna flop terribly if the devs don't bribe nutaku for the top slot like pussy saga does. trying to mix pvp and f2p usually ends in tears

Well, they made a competitive 'wartune' style game in the form of mononofu, so we could see it coming again on nutaku in form of western game as well...

Those are quite easy to make, since you can pretty much steal... err.. borrow the pre made code base to make it easier to develop the stuff into a basic concept at least... and that's what they usually do - just a recolor/restylishing mostly.

Been times when I actually enjoyed those competitive games, but not anymore... still quite sure that it will have it's own audience, considering how popular was the mononofu during it's prime competition time at launch despite having one of the most horrible jap art on nutaku.

Its basic human nature to compete, im more interested in seeing what they do once the game has an audience, will they reveal new events and girls every once in a while? Will they ignore it if it isnt instantly popular and let it burn in hell? Will they just spam us with "offers" like every other game of this type? only time will tell how many of these new games will still exist in a year.

Game seems to be available now, not sure if it's soft-launch or region-specific though.

The tutorial feels a bit dull, I just clicked through it and it does seem like your average multiplayer browser strategy game or share many similarities at least. You get the pre-register rewards after the tutorial and those 200k diamonds + 555 items definitely seem to be more than generous but they expire after 48 hours so it's basically just an early boost if anything.

I have to give it a bit more time before I can say anything else about it, seems to be a bit to it if you don't read through the tutorial x3. But I was never really a fan of games like Travian so I'll have to see.. they start out fun but deteriorate pretty fast. However, unlike certain games of this nature that utilize scantily clothed woman in their ads to try and lure you, this game actually provides it ;3

Edit: I was oblivious, there is sound but it seems to be muted by default.

Not available in the US yet. Have fun my lords.

Dropped it after about 10 minutes. My goodness that was tedious and boring. If I wanted to play waiting simulator, I'd just watch grass.

So, what should we spend our diamonds on?

Appearently, the best thing to spend pre-registration diamonds on is the wheel of fortune thing, where you can actually get some real diamonds.
Not that I'd bother.

Yeah, art isn't worth the effort, not to mention how you have to wait for some of them (due to age).

This game's a reskin of another shitty browser game from 2005 named Imperia Online. I can't post links, but just google it and compare the UI & building layout between them. They're Identical.

It's a shame. If they actually made their own game and focused on the dynasty management, I think it could have been pretty cool. I also like the angular, paint style of the art.

Oh god, another incarnation of Evony. I tried this game for about an hour. The art is really sub par IMO. The tutorial pretty much gives you a huge boost at the beginning, I suspect because you will be loosing your kingdom in about 3 months to a system abuser or whale unless you want to play 24/7 or pay to win.

This game is really number heavy, and only the most enthusiastic number crunchers will get any pleasure from it.

Nice images, but not worth slogging through the rest of the game for.

Problem is there are gonna be too many AFK players, so there will be lots of space between players, thus attacking other players will take ages....

Another problem, i can't see the 2nd CG despite my account being level 15+.

We also need a wiki. At turn 8 of a fight, all my melee troops were wiped out instantaneously without explanation.

Your morale may have broken, though I've never actually seen that happen. You say melee, your archers were still fighting?

Yup ! All the archers were still fighting, only the melee troops got wiped out instantly (including melee siege units).

Maybe he used a special item ? With the 700k pre-register crystals anything looks possible.

Btw, anyone knows how to gain honor aside from defending ?

I forgot i could watch the battle. The melee troops retreated after having less than 20 moral ~, my bad.

Honestly this game looks very boring. Plus it's very pay-to-win heavy. I see no reason to waste time on this.

Too many moving parts for the lure of 2D unvoiced still images with cheesy dialog. Also reminded of Evony and decided to get out before it gets ugly.

The game doesn't even last that long, there's a timer if you click somewhere, that says the era is going to end in around 70 days or so.

Anyone figure out how to upgrade troops?

Get the tech requirements, go to a recruitment building and hit the upgrade tab. Troops can only be upgraded in the field, garrisoned troops won't be touched.

For anyone else who can't find it, the requirements are listed by a little icon above the bar where you set number of troops to train.
