How to Obtain Holy Souls to get Arcane type Souls ?

I just got back to the game after 107 days off of it owo and noticed new souls but the Soul points is different How do you get Holy Soul Points ? i tried abunch of things like checking shop leveling x.x and other stuff but still no luck x.x is there any reason for it ?
