View Full Version : Constant Unexepected Errors

I've had this issue occasionally where I get the message "An unexpected error occurred. Check for multiple logins or a discrepancy between the actual time and the clock time on your device."
Usually it's fixed by logging out and back in, on rarer occasions I would have to logout and then login with a different browser. Tried 3 browsers this time and nothing. Reset my password just in case. Nothing.
My clock time is accurate and is the same timezone/format that it's always been since I began playing. It was working fine last night and I'm worried as this was the event that was running when I first started with only 2 maps having 1star and I would rather not miss getting a decent CR Solano.
Any advice on what I can do to fix this? Any specific time zones that I should try even as a temporary fix?

Browser? Try a different one. I have the same problem on Firefox. Thats why i use two browsers, one for Aigis.

I usually use Chrome for Aigis (Was originally Firefox but that started freezing a lot a few months back), I've tried Chrome/Firefox/Edge today.

Cache cleared? Maybe using a clean up tool like CCleaner might help. If its not the cache and you use Chrome then id try again later and if nothing contact the support.

Cache cleared, ran CCleaner. Still getting errors. I guess I'll wait and hope it's just some temporary issue. Thanks for the advice though.

Same here. Hopefully, it will be fixed by the end of a workday. Did you send an error report?

AM having the same error here tried 3 different browsers, clearing cache, and resetting my password. Then decided to come here to make a post asking for help, only to find am not the only one with issue. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

i suggest just waiting for the regular maint and try again after the server goes back up. turning it off and on again fixes a LOT of errors.

ah, happeneing again. BUT the fact that all of nutaku seems to have slowed to a crawl makes me think it's because nutaku is under a DDoS attack.

Unrelated, but it is a problem of some sort - just had the game freeze suddenly. Before I start hating on the game for making you lose your Charisma and Stamina if stuff like this happens, is there something I should do whenever this happens?

I get this error sometimes too.
Sometimes it's solvable by logging back in after closing some browser windows.
Other times my system clock goes out of wack by an hour and I have to change time servers to correct the issue. Aigis wont run unless your system time is accurate.
As for the game freezing suddenly, I usually just wait it out. It takes about a minute. I'll admit that it really pisses me off sometimes.
