Good timeofaday, brave Princes! Gotta love having two events run concurrently, even when primary one is Drop Rate Up.
So let's re-witness the Pride of the Beastwoman!

This is a Unit Farm event. You obtain copies of event unit as a direct drop from event maps and upgrade it via regular unit combination for Cost Reductions and Skill Ups.

Star of the show:
(Re)Introducing the Beastwoman Ada (http://millenniumwaraigis.wikia.com/wiki/Ada), a Platinum rarity Rogue. Compared to the other free Platinum Rogue, Cypria (http://millenniumwaraigis.wikia.com/wiki/Cypria), she has a bit less attack and defence, but substantially more HP. And, well, less cost potentially, being event unit and all:) Her skill is also not a Rogue's staple Assassinate, but one known via Fran - Cursed Bloodline, buff to nearly all her stats (Attack, Defense and HP, but not MR) at the same time. It also heals her for the 0.5x current HP on the side. Awakened ability further inflates her HP, and Skill Awakening finally adds the assassination in the mix. Overall kit, combined with the Rogue's innate 50% dodge chance vs physical attacks, makes Ada quite a competent tanky physical duelist, with awesome 8 UP cost at max CR.

Introducing the Panty Flash Flashy Thief Anita (http://millenniumwaraigis.wikia.com/wiki/Anita), a Platinum rarity, well, Thief. While you normally only use thieves passively, for their drop rate buff passive for all non-unit drops (and be wary of them buffing enemies attack and HP by x1.2 pre-Awakening and x1.3 post-Awakening), this one can actually be useful deployed, somewhat. Her skill, Flash Bomb, freezes all enemies caught in range for 5 seconds. Not unlike Mikoto's time stop, but limited to 3 uses per map. Initial and cooldown are quick tho. Awakening gives her 10% chance to throw 4 knives instead of one, but, well, with her statline, that's still not really worth serious consideration as an actual damager of a team. Skill Awakening makes freeze last longer and range grow bigger once, and then gives regular skill back, for total of 4 time stops per map. All in all, gimmicky unit better off being treated as a passive provider, but not without her uses on the field.

Seeing as it is a revival of an rather ancient event, maps should pose no real problem for any developed army, not to mention Awakened one :D Still, Aura Golden Werewolves can be quite a pain in the behind, with their high specs and stupid defense. Thankfully, their MR is zero, so kill them with fire (and ice, and lightning, and so on...). Ada herself has decent attack speed and power, so armor tanking her is better. All in all, Spirit Rescue G all again;)

Thank you for the guide, a wonderful job as usual! Hmm, I'll try to get Ada as good as I can but I'll probably feed her to my Fran to raise her skill a bit. I use Vampire Hunters quite a bit and I am very fond Fran and use her as a staple on DMM. As for Ada, well, ever since getting Berna I have not had the need to raise another Rogue but I'll do what I can here.

Anita's art is... interesting. I honestly don't understand how any of that works and it's one of the few times that the AW'ed art makes more fashionable sense. This actually makes me wonder, why is it that rogues, thieves, bandits and the like all have such weird skimpy clothing? It's not just Aigis, a lot of games do this and I fail to understand why.

if none is cr-ed , then yes. Cr/su-ed units are stronger because they have a better skill and can be dropped on a map faster , so its obviously that you should try to do that.


Just keep in mind that succesive crs get lower and lower chance of success

I completely forgot about Berna tokenizing (word?) Rogues, I will keep it in mind for later events as well.

This is not going well for me at all. Twenty some odd runs and only got one Ada, my poor Fran will have to wait a little longer. This may be the normal drop rate, but when one manages to nearly perfect Chloe save for one skill level and comes to this, it's a bit disheartening. I think I will focus on the increased drop rates for now at least until the next event.

I do remember there being a 100% drop on the first try yet for here and the last two revivals it was standard drop rate. Does this not apply to revivals yet? How come?

Thieves (http://millenniumwaraigis.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Thieves), which consist of Leda (http://millenniumwaraigis.wikia.com/wiki/Leda) and Anita (http://millenniumwaraigis.wikia.com/wiki/Anita), are cheap ranged units with low stats (max level awakened they are comparable in damage to a max level silver archer, though they cost about half the UP). Their main use however is not deploying them, but rather their class ability, which increases the drop rate of all non unit drops by 3% (non-awakened) or 5% (awakened) so long as they are in the team. Additionally, they increase all enemy attack and health by 20% (non-awakened) or 30% (awakened) once again by being on your team. They are mainly useful for farming affection items, trust items, Demon Crystals, Moment Crystals, or collection items when the drop rate is less than 100% and you have a team capable of handling the increased difficulty. Given low stats, people rarely actually bother to level them after awakening, and similarly rarely actually deploy them. Thus when used in that manner, there is negligible functional difference between the gold and the platinum thieves (mostly it boils down to the platinum thief costing more to level and awaken).

Think I'll spend the rest of the event farming gold for skill awakenings with Betty.
