party advice request - good water comp bad weapons or decent fire comp good weapons?

I currently have two decent elemental setup due to the past 2 events - fire and water. My water comp is fairly strong, but I have almost no water weapons to work off of (mostly +hp at that), while my fire comp isn't great but I have some really strong weapons now. Which should I be focusing on leveling skills for/levels at this point? Detailed comp below

Water:
Andromeda with SSR water staff
Belphegor
Aphrodite
Nike
Ryu-oh
Weapons are 3 SSR weapons (2 +hp 1 damage) and a weak SR +atk weapon (+80hp +939 atk): Max hp++ x2, Max atk up++, Max atk up

Fire:
Andromeda with fire SSR staff (from typhon)
Motu
Brynhilde
Amon

I have 2 decently leveled fire rares (Nergal and Ignis) as well as Gaia as another random SSR that I could fill in.

Once I level all the new equipment I got, I'll have Fire atk up++ x2, fire atk up+ x6, fire hp up+ x1 (still debating buying 2 of the +hp weapon from typhon vs max break limit one of the other SR weapons)

Just kind of unsure as to where I should be investing rares for leveling skills atm - fire or water weapons. Any comments/advice appreciated or what I should be aiming for next. Thanks all!

Your water team is by far better and should be prioritized. You don't decide on your team by what weapons you have, you decide by what himes you have. Even if you don't have any SSR weapons at the moment, you can get SR weapons by farming disasters raids of the element you want, which you should prioritize (next to break limiting your himes) in-between events or during events after you got the main rewards. Make an alt account if needed to spawn more and friend that alt account to have them send help request to your main.

Your fire team is extremely lacking in debuffs. You literally don't have a single one with that set up unless you use a ex skill on Andromeda. Since you say you have Gaia, even a wind team would be better with Cybele (story) and Zephyrus (from gem gacha).

I hope you have some other souls unlocked too since Andromeda is unnecessary in your water team, with Aphrodite and Nike more than enough to handle the heals, you could have gone for someone else.

As for the alt - yea already did that long time ago and made her soul the gunner for the snatch assist.

Joan would have probably been better for handling Typhon, though with the lack of weapons, that would be a problem regardless.

Ryu-Oh and Belphagor pretty much handle your frame A and frame B debuffs. Ryu-Oh basically defeats the reason of using Mordred for Black Propaganda. You already have all necessary recovery/affliction recovery/enemy dispel from Aphrodite and Vivian/Cass ex skill. So with this, you could focus your soul on offense, with Arthur being the best option in my opinion. You can probably go Siegfried if you wanted instead too, feel like Arthur would provide more use though.

You could go D'art for Sniper Shot but considering your weapon grid, I doubt Belphagor's -12% to Sniper Shot -20% is going to be the difference between clearing or failing a Advent Ragnarok for you at this time. Though if you draw another SR or higher water hime, grabbing it should be a priority and gives you the option to replace Belphagor. There are no water himes with a debuff as strong as Sniper Shot. Snow Rapheal having the highest current of water himes, being a 15% one, only as strong as Sneak Attack from Granuaile.

Nutaku doesn't care and would only ever do so if someone wanted to be dick and report every single user who mentioned they have.

You may as well tell players who spend all their time rerolling to stop as well, since easily more than half of the players we have for kamihime for reaching player milestone for jewel log in bonuses are people rerolling several times, maybe even hundreds of times.

Advising people to reroll is a bit borderline, as it's a genuine exploit, but alt accounts are pretty standard in online games. Nutaku includes this message in their terms of service so they can registration-lock IPs that are detected creating many accounts. This practice jams up their login servers and siphons money away from their cash shops, as users end up paying account farmers for accounts with premium items rather than Nutaku.

I'm leaning towards the soul points, however I only have 1 SR weapon at 3* break limit and no SSR weapons (4 SR at 2*, 3SSR at 1*).

Also for garuda rewards, assuming I can get enough mats for them, would 3* break limit garuda (+5% wind) or more soul points be better?

Or should I screw all that completely and go for a grimoire? Have 8 evolved 6 of apotheosis.

I know a lot of questions sorry just not really sure how to figure out min/maxing for this game yet.

About your main question, if you're under 30k you'll need all your Eldolon to level 100, don't LB them to 3/4 only or in the end it will be useless and you'll replace it, even further if is an Eido with a bad skill like Garuda, so if you can break her go for SP for D'artagnan and then Mordred

2* SR weapons are useless. Either get them to 3* or forget about them. You'll want the Fire SSR 3* and hopefully the SR weapons 2* as well.

Garuda is a very useful primary eidolon, but not so great unless you can MLB her.

You'll get SP from Raid events and other Advents. Don't waste valuable iron tokens during an Advent where you need the weapons for your primary team. Otherwise it's always nice to get the first 100 SP, then the second 100 SP if you have iron tokens to spare.
