A nice 5* exchange ticket deal on top of the already good 1+11 roll for $4.

Since I FINALLY yolo'd Epidendrum the other day, I suppose I'm debating on choosing Hop or... someone else. Allium? Liriope? Tree Peony? For all the gold dupes I keep on getting, the list of golds I still want doesn't seem to be shrinking.

This deal still came too soon though, as I was hoping to nab Hanamomo bride in the next month or so.

I guess i still shouldn't complain since i got Three 5* Stars with 14 Draws before but it still sucks ^^

At least i can finally get Dalia for my Team with this 5 Star Ticket. I started the game 3-4 Days after the start of the Quite Lake Event at that point you could no longer get a 5* Ticket but that didn't bothered me, because i saw that i would get one as a Beginner Loginbonus.....

Yeah i guess i don't need to tell you Guys what part didn't go as planned *g*
For the record i got Suzuki Grass trough this Random 5* Ticket and while i wasn' that happy about it, i started to like her after a while =).

Paying for 6* I get, paying for 5* of its the Waifu I get.
But paying just to pad out another worthless bench place ?

If you go this far, you are pretty much completely throwing out the gambling element, and the thrill and rush that comes together with it when you succeed.
At such a point the paid gacha becomes nothing more than everyday shopping for groceries, and the Game becomes just a stamp collection.

I am in no position to tell people what to do with their money, but just pause for a second and give a thought to what I wrote.

Step 1 and 2 for me this time. 3* then 2x 5* dupes on step 2 but at least i got some useable 4*s that I had not yet fully upgraded so not a complete loss.
At this point my chances of getting a 5* that is not a dupe are quite low and with so many girls left to evolve and level I see no reason to go for tickets.

Speaking for myself, I don't really get much thrill from random chance, and spending $54 on guaranteed 5/6* of my choice and dressblooms/skillblooms is infinitely more appealing than spending the same amount for a single 11 draw that is far more likely to contain 3/4*s that will go completely to waste. I'm not going to tell people how to spend their money either, but I am going to point out that the economics behind my mindset are hardly inscrutable.

As for the game being "just a stamp collection", I thought that's what FKG pretty much was, whether you spend money or not.

It's not just FKG either. Take any other gacha game, throw in a guaranteed/pick option, or even increased odds, and people WILL bite.

I get more confused with people who whale on FKG for statwhoring reasons.

These frequent sales also more or less remove the need to buy FGs, so you're basically getting more guarantees out of your spending.

I had committed mentally to the next good 5* deal (under 1500 was the goal so this was acceptable) as there's a 5* I want to complete a team so - yeh this one was for me - the next step is tempting but....I don't have any 6*s left I really want, Bride Orchid is about it but that's low, Shrine Maiden Lyc would get me to go in on...but yeh I don't WANT any 6* enough to pay

Well..... Technically my Draw was as bad as yours since i only got Bronze/Silvers and anything below Gold is a Failure but damn looking at such a Draw still hurts. Haha yeah Hop you are only drinking (RED) Water, we totally believe you.
