Question about future rolls.

So are there any game changing units coming up or at all in this game that we should be holding out to roll on or is it just roll on whatever you like?

silvia has 4500 health 550 attack 680 defense + magic defense. A skill that boost attack, defend and activates a self heal. 20 unit points and that all before awakening... i see nothing wrong here just a average unit.

Silvia is ridonkulous. She smashes anything that can't chew through two layers of damage mitigation fast enough to overcome her sustain and the list of enemies who can't do that becomes hilariously large if the map is long enough to activate her skill 3 times. Oh, and she makes a token clone of herself so even the risk averse can enjoy how stupidly good she is.

Still not as broken as Lapis (http://aigis.wikia.com/wiki/Lapis) though.

lapis seems like a great buffer , even tho i don't exactly understand how her class attacks. Is her attack like....creating a force field that drains life while in it ? If that's the case , it depends on how fast it ticks , because i don't see it being that broken otherwise.


As for her buffs , i have a uzume (which buffs all units by 5% from her passive and 20% during her skill) , so i can understand how that works and it is good , but seeing how it is limited to only units that are in her range , i don';t think it;s that OP

It's all about thresholds, dude. Lapis's attack steroid is "only" twice as strong as what Uzume does but that's a big enough difference that shit gets thoroughly crushed. It makes it extremely hard for the devs to design maps around the assumption that they want to challenge Lapis owners but not bone people who don't have her. I can easily imagine a future where she's a default anniversary ticket selection alongside Black Iris because high tier content just kind of assumes you can do that bullshit. The alternative is that she continues smashing maps.

A comment on the attack speed page of DMM wiki says that for Demon Summoners, they tick for 1/10th of their Atk every 0.1 seconds. So overall, they inflict their Atk every second.

It also ignores a lot of mechanics beyond just being true damage. For example, it kills shit right through damage reflection and untargetable for some dumb ass reason.

Another answer to the OP's question: DMM Aigis also gives you 20 Rainbow Crystals for every Silver you summon through a Premium roll. So, if you're impatient you'll be missing out on a lot of free RCs that way when the future update hits.

It's definitely playing with fire. Lapis and B. Iris aren't 100% broken in the strictest sense of "The gameplay is now bullshit" but they are irritatingly desirable. Luckily, they buff units rather than single handedly destroy everything themselves and we're talking about a freemium single player game where people want to catch all the waifus rather than a competitive multiplayer game. So as game warpingly powerful as B. Iris and Lapis may be they're not set up in a manner where you'd actually want to run multiple copies of them to the total exclusion of other units. That means they're fundamentally incapable of completely screwing up the game as badly as a couple of horribly overpowered releases might end up warping the meta of a card game or a MOBA--people might get annoyed that they take up slots virtually by default on the hardest maps but at least they'll never turn some competitive ladder into a boring series of mirror matches. At worst their eventual necessity might drive off a few freebie players but there's ways of addressing that problem like anniversary tickets and power creeping other units.

I wouldn't hold onto it tbh if we get it. As far as i know they haven't added new units to the black ticket since it was released, and Lapis came out a while after the black ticket did. Have heard the black pool from the ticket is quite permanent.

Lapis is without a doubt a really overpowered black and just murders everything in her path with constantly ticking true damage. Another unit that is rather nice is Kibahime, who came out at the same tim as her (i got both in 4 rolls) but she was a bit overshadowed by Lapis in the start because Lapis is loved by everyone.

Other very good blacks we have not gotten yet are Wendy and Rinne, they're both amazing and Rinne is super popular everywhere. No, i can't be arsed to look them up for you, i need to head to work :P

No real argument here. I'm not defending the devs so much as I'm saying that Lapis is stupid powerful but hasn't caused the sky to start falling. I mean, hey, i's entirely possible that they'll just let her be an easy mode unit for whales to chase, so maybe my criticism will amount to very little. Who knows? I ain't psychic.
