You can get girls on the 90 spin but there a very small chance you'll get one. Do save up and play the 900. It's guaranteed to drop one girl, although which girl you'll get is random and you can get girls from the trolls so be warned about that.

No you are not guarenteed a event girl with 900 panchinko spin.
900 koban spin cost €40 and you are not guarenteed a event girl, one more reason to never spend money on this game.
