No energy refill after level up anymore?

I have been playing Harem Heroes for 2 or 3 days now (currently Level 12 and at Gems Kingdom). Is it possible you don't get your energy refilled after some levels?

In the beginning my energy was always refilled after getting the next level. For a few levels now this does not happen anymore.
Does anybody know if this is intended or a bug?

That's not a bug, it's intended. I think the first 10 level you get a refill every time you level up. Later you only get a refill at level 20, 30, 40, etc...
